“Protecting Go Fund Me after they pulled the donations to the freedom movement. I used to recommend clients move to Trust Pilot but never again.”

“No ethical backbone unfortunately. If I would like to review any company than I should have the right to. Skimming, removing or blatantly stopping poor reviews to enhance a companies image is extremely misleading and biased. I do not recommend this company or trust their lack of impartial results.”

“I tried to leave a legitimate review on Trustpilot and now they’re blocking reviews as they don’t think it’s genuine even though they say “every experience matters”. Sounds like censorship to me.”

“I once thought Trustpilot was an impartial review site. I now think differently. I am a certified Trustpilot user and have listed a number of reviews. I posted a negative review in respect of myhermes. Trustpilot removed it without any reference to me and without offering me the chance to justify my review. I sent them all the evidence. No response. I no longer have any faith that Trustpilot is impartial and independent. I will not use them again.”

“I didn't even know we had reviews on Trustpilot, but apparently, they were all deleted. This company has tried to get us as customers for over 4 years but we DON'T BUY REVIEWS. Any reviews left about a business should be authentic and REAL, and all our reviews on Glassdoor ARE. I hope #TrustPilot goes out of business for such poor ethics allowing customers to pay for reviews that are FAKE.”

“The worse site ever. They allow people to leave incorrect and fake information. When you challenge it they say it doesn’t breach their policy. And when you challenge them they completely ignore your point and instead and then ban you for flagging up reviews. Also they are having to breach IP rules but if you do it, you are banned.”

“I wrote a genuine review and yes it was negative but was the truth. I sent all proof to trustpilot and they ignored. I sent numerous chasers. Nada. Swell I went ahead and left a review on trustpilot for trustpilot in regards to this experience and guess what review didn’t even go live never mind about a removal. They do what they want and what works for them. They are not genuine company and probably get paid off to remove reviews. Why are they scared that someone reviews their own company. What to hide? And there are so many people with same complain. Dodgy”
