“Trust pilot allows poor companies to remove poor reviews!!”

“I know a company that actively (incentives) the few % of people who have good service to leave good reviews which they are happy to do. Poor company responding quickly with Thank you for your very kind feedback, which is much appreciated. Your wonderful comments have been forwarded to xxx who will be delighted to receive your fantastic feedback. The bulk of the monthly transactions that go wrong customers are threatened and terms of conditions state they cannot use this company if the post poor reviews on socials - This company is very quick to take down poor reviews on TP and TP let them carry on so they end up with a miss represented excellent score. On this basis and I know staff at said company the TP system is deeply flawed and cannot be trusted.”

“The place facilitates dodgy businesses by allowing fake reviews to be posted. When genuine critical reviews are put up and then flagged by the company Trustpilot delete them.”

“Rockdoor this is an awful product, Fact, they warp and blister in direct sun light, I wrote an honest review based on facts, yet Mark Simms who works for Rockdoor had my honest review removed, the company has awful feed back just look at the answers they give to people who complained.”

“Review manipulated and Trustpilot deleted genuine reviews, I am not an employee of Trustpilot and they had deleted one of my genuine reviews about VOVA.com before few days claiming that my order / review was not genuine. It seems that the paid service that they provide to retailers is to take down (delete) unwanted reviews so this is their source of income and their selling point. I will never ever trust this company.”

“Fake reviews are so obvious if trust pilot were to be trusted they would remove them. For example innerwolf.co.uk supplied us & were awful plus they have had terrible reviews for years then suddenly over a few weeks their reviews are fantastic & so obviously false. This is just past the time when we were contacted by a company offering to write reviews for us that would be guaranteed to sound real but all reviews would be so good we would get better website rankings & results via search engines which is something trust pilot themselves preach”

“Never come across such a fraudulent website in my life. Employees obviously on some crazy commission the way they call me every week trying to sell me a package for £350 a month. The website is full of fake reviews.”

“well Untrust pilot is definitely right all invites going to spam and call and no help need full refund since all u non workers too busy w bs ... well actually they hide after u pay then schedule u a help call minute one just to get ur money then after u may get one fast call and be stuck with their shit platform that is soo jacked up square peg goes into round whole. They tell u all this lies force sale and a year contract to get u to pay. Try best company or anywhere but this.”

“As a business trying to use their website it is absolutely useless. We changed our domain but as far as I can find there are no simple ways to update to our new domain with ease. I can't delete the business profile and make a new one and I can't create a new one because of a 404 error. Absolutely useless. We are very glad we decided not to use TrustPilot for our business reviews.”

“Should be UNTRUSTPILOT - i was looking at a website that scammed me & guess what? It has a glowwing 5 star rating on Trustpilot. Has hundreds of fake 5 star reviews posted, they all seem to look very similar. So much for their Compliance Team who are suppose to spot fake reviews - LOL... Do not believe a single word written review on this website if it's in the 5 star category. You should report any obvious fake reviews to Google via the feedback button on the bottom of the search results page, Google needs to take responsibility for returning Trustpilot in search results for no good reason.”

“They help "businesses" scam people! They delete bad reviews and only post good reviews when a company pays for their services. They asked me to submit proof that a bad encounter actually happened with a company. I sent 2 emails asking what email address I should send my email correspondence with the company to and asked Trust Pilot to ensure that my information would be kept private. They NEVER responded but deleted my negative review”

“The company is a fraud. Its name makes you think that it is a travellers advisor company but they help lame compqnies to show bigger reviews by cutting anything negative. Such a shame”

“I have seen reviews taken down by Trustpilot on behalf of the company who did not like the feedback they received. There is little point in using or trusting their reviews as they only serve the company who pays to use their service, they don't sever the general public who believe they get an honest look at a company, Use Trustpilot to see what a company "wants" you to think about them rather than what customers know about them”

Their business model is to protect businesses that are taking advantage of their customers and then remove your listing for stupid reasons. “The quickest way to find out if trust pilot is legit ..is to put a review on trust pilot when you've been treated badly by a company service .And you'll quickly have it revised and be accused of all things like you're the criminal . Racism , slander , defamatory . Even though they ask you to explain your experience to help other customers . You get an email from trust pilot to ask you to change your truth and experience to a made up one so it doesn't harm the companies reputation. Don't trust their reviews they're manufactured to look better than they are . It's a good job they have nothing to with flying planes as I definitely wouldn't get on one”
