“In the pockets of the organizations. 100%. Fraud company. They removed my factual statement, despite me showing them 'evidence' of the actual statement on their request. When I asked why I could not have the statement remain, they ignored me. Well, obviously the company I wrote about didn't like it and Trustpilot took their side - or, always were on their side. When logic or evidence) had them in a corner they just ignored me. I can't wait till Trustpilot go the way of the dinosaur! They are frauds.”

“Removed a genuine review which breached none of the trust pilot guidelines. I have since won my case in court thereby vindicating my review. Trust pilot continually fail to get back to me and they are doing nothing to stop the company involved placing fake reviews and treating their customers in an appalling and illegal manner”

“Trsutpilot is a fraud company .. because the very basis of the company is trickery and fraud .. Company is in the business of removing negative reviews of fraud companies ..In other words its supporting fraud companies.. Many fraud companies - companies that defraud customers and clients.. are taking help of trustpilot.com”

“The building company Countyline Limited based in Crowborough that we got through Rated People has ceased to trade after taking huge deposits from a large number of clients. Countyline Limited has TrustPilot stamped all over it. We trusted both Rated People and TrustPilot to provide legitimate businesses to be recommended for families seeking a tradesperson. It show that neither did their homework in promoting this company.”

“Paid by the companies, you post something unfavorable to the company that pays Trustpilot and it gets removed, crooked is not the word, they are just super crooked and totally unreliable”

“Absolutely rubbish platform they deleted my review of a great experience I had, I returned to find bad reviews of the particular company which I questioned, they deleted all my reviews straightaway stating compliance. I emailed compliance but never heard anything back. This website has to be full of bogus reviews. Please use a different website not TRUST PILOT......... TRUST nothing on there”

“Spoke to a sales advisor today who although was helpful he didn't understand my business needs. He had a poor understanding of my needs and then quoted me over £4000 for the service. When I asked him how he would feel if he receives a one star he didn't really seem bothered and replied its not important.”

“They are the Facebook of reviews. Company's pay them to push back at wronged customers and they accept all the FAKE reviews that can be musted on the positive side. Can't wait for a government watchdog to look into this very harmful business. They are as bad as the bad companies they represent. Not sure how they sleep at night. I look forward to watching Peter Holten Mühlmann testify.”

“I am sick and tired of writing a review for companies and trustpilot allow them to be removed or manipulated. Trustpilot is not to be trusted as they get rid of any negative reviews. I submitted several HONEST reviews about how bad Brilliant Directories are and they all were taken down.”

“Shocking bad review platform. Always takes the customers side. Treats its paying subscribers with upmost contempt. We left Trustpilot and now use a different review service which gives treats the reviewer and the company as fair as possible. They are constantly asking people to "claim" their business on Trustpilot to reply to negative reviews but they really want the company to pay them so they can have an account with basic features. This, to me, is extortion. All of the large review companies do it and its a pain. There should be a law against anybody being able to put up a profile for a company unless the company gives its permission.”

“After Trustpilot implied my true and factual review was untrue and fake I have absolutely no trust in this company. They did not use any of the facts provided and ignored witness statements. This company has absolutely no integrity and it would seem that they do not accept facts, evidence and witness statements when they get it wrong. I would never ever have anything to do with this organisation that obviously is not what it portrays and works in a very clandestine manner.”

“TRUST PILOT _ WHAT A JOKE !! DO NOT USE !! FACT !! I have a successful online store that averages 9.2 out of 10 for service - 5 years in this space , sell in Australia and on amazon USA - Actual verified reviews - No gifts , No coercion, Real reviews !! Trust pilot over charge - Under deliver - DO not tell you the truth - Do not reply to emails - What do they do well ? NOTHING !! I had an account manager who always chose to have a day off or it was a holiday when we had our monthly review - Ive spoken to her Twice in 10 months ? She was actually a nice girl who was overworked - I hear she has gone - but who would know I havent heard from her in 6 months !! They lied about the contract I had agreed to - I flew to Melbourne to confront them over my credit card being charged extra - Chased them for answers for a month - had my lawyer involved - they made a comment 4 weeks later ?? They replied - You signed the contract !! Never stated the full facts - Even when there salesman who has now left , stated that he had sold me something different to what was in the contract .. Lesson learnt - read everything !! How Ironic - They are claiming to be the premium review site worldwide and they average 1 star :) How funny !! My advice Use Trust Spot !!!”

“Gotten mails from people trying to bribe us in order NOT to publish a bad review, while they never even ordered with us. One even did (on several platforms) as we never give in. This is just insane!”

“I very rarely give a poor review, but on the one occasion I had to do so it was removed by Trust Pilot even though I had provided concrete evidence to prove the poor service I had received, it would appear that companies pay Trust Pilot considerable sums of money to use Trust Pilot as a marketing platform, come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a low Trust Pilot score.”
