I've been trying to leave a review on trustpiolt for weeks now! When I leave a negative review I have to re-sign up or I just can't leave a review. My email cannot be found OR it says whoops!

Trust pilot only shows fake reviews. After is compliance team authorised my vax review ... i found out it was deleted again. Many emails to the compliance team and still no response. The site is full of fake reviews. Cowboys at work!!!

Looks like mainly fake reviews. I posted a negative review of Masorini and it was directly removed. Most of the reviews are very positive which doesn’t make any sense.

Absolute joke of a fake ratings site. I chose a company for a HDD recovery based on reviews as I had little experience. It turned out to be a pack of scammers that's now causing me no end of grief. Unsurprisingly, they have hundreds of near identical glowing trustpilot reviews, many of them with the same spelling mistakes duplicated across many reviews. Since then, a builder friend of mine has explained that the site is a joke and 3/4 of their positive reviews were paid for. I wish I'd known that then.

These people work in cahoots with the companies and remove any reviews that don't suit them. Absolute rubbish, don't trust them.

I have spent quite atime reading and exploring Trustpilot reviews. They are not to be trusted. they remove bad reviews and work with the offending companies to keep their scores up. Trustpilot ....not fit for purpose.

Terrible platform, don't trust it and not all truthful reviews as sales are not verified on organic reviews. Perfect for revenge seeking individuals because most people don't actually care about leaving positive reviews, me included. Got it saved on my pc as Don'tTrustPilot!

I submitted a bad review about Fastprint. It was put out on Trustpilot initially but has since been removed. I compared the reviews for Fastprint on Trustpilot and Google. They are chalk and cheese.

I wrote review about a company that did not have good customer service. Since my review was not favourable to the company that was not published. Second time when my review was good, it was published.

Avoid this company at all cost. They are fraudsters who sell you ticket and withdraw your money, then come back and try to hike the price. If you refuse to pay them they come up with so many excuses not to refund your money. Biggest liars

I reviewed a company on Trustpilot in the past, quoting what was said to me by the company. Upon reading the review, it had been edited to make them seem better than my review. Not much point writing a review, if the details are are missing.

Had dealings with an awful company (broken product, said they would send replacement but didn't, then failed to give refund), so left poor feedback on Trust Pilot for them. As a genuine customer my review was valid, and appeared on their site for a while. However, Trust Pilot subsequently removed it at the request of the awful company, and refused to reinstate it without proof of purchase. I was unable to do, as that had been deleted months before after I was refunded by credit card company (took over a year to get that far, as the awful company kept making numerous re-delivery promises, which were never kept). Wanted to warn other potential customers about them, but was now unable to do so. So many unfavourable reviews are removed, that the real nature of a company is not evident to customers. So Trust Pilot is actually a waste of time to genuine consumers !.

They work with companies to generate false reviews that are favorable for the paying compact. Just know that trustpilot = lying review.

I tried to write a bad review for a bad company that stolen my money on Trustpilot but they are able to delete it all the time! So is not a true review rating what we can see about the company!! The results is that there is a huge majority of positive reviews and write a bad review required a long time that usually becomes wasted because the review will be deleted!! Trip advisor is much better and realistic.

Poor system, which isn't geared to help either businesses or consumers! Consumers are able to leave a negative reviews every single day for the same single service. Also if you respond to a negative review it will generate another negative review if the consumer replies, so one issue can culminate in multiple reviews. Although multiple reviews do not count to your overall score, they still show as individual reviews so it actually makes it looks like you have more negative reviews than you actually do, which makes the system completely untrustworthy from a consumer perspective as it can negatively portray a good business (like ours)
