$4200 a year MINIMUM fee to display your trustpilot score on your website... They have a "free plan", but literally the only thing you can do with it is advertise trustpilot on your website for free (I guess it is free advertising for them, that's why they call it "free"). The free plan doesn't let you display your rating, not even in the most minimal way. I.e. you get absolutely nothing of value with the free plan. Seriously trustpilot? $4200 a year for a link to your site and a rating display? A complete ripoff.

A dreadful company!!! Fake, fake, fake. They are clearly accepting money for reviews and also to remove negative reviews. They are allowing awful company's to maintain a good score. Such a shame as the concept is good and people do trust them. They need to take a look at their morals big time!!

Absolutely terrible company. Account manager ignores us constantly, they never want to help you and its impossible to be able to speak with anyone. It's shocking that they can behave like this when their site is being used to criticise others of the same thing. Do not use this company, its a complete scam!

I wrote a negative review of InstaDubaiVisa.com, which is a total scam. Yet, TrustPilot pulled the review. I wrote to TrustPilot and told them InstaDubaiVisa.com claims are simply unsupportable. My wife could not get a visa via InstaDubaiVisa.com yet hundreds of so-called satisfied customers from Africa and South Asia apparently have no difficulty at all? Of course, these glowing 5-star reviews are a complete fabrication. I asked TrustPilot to contrast the almost wholly negative feedback on TripAdvisor for InstaDubaiVisa.com with the abundance of 5-star reviews on Trustpilot. Trustpilot does little to weed out fake reviews and protect its subscribers from predatory companies like InstaDubaiVisa.com who are manipulating its site to act as a cheerleader for their fraudulent business. Moreover, when I asked TrustPilot whether it has any vested financial relationship with InstaDubaiVisa.com, or whether it gets any commissions from this company, they refused to respond. Go figure?

Untrustworthy. Supplied evidence they requested and basically ignored it. Allowing dishonest companies to get away with poor service. Quite suspicious.

Poor service by overseas office rep. Managed to mix up two reviews and allow/ publish a completely unrelated response to my initial review. THEN had the audacity to advise Me to either delete or amend the rouge response !!!!!! Why are you there TrustPilot if we are unable to Trust You to resolve.

They are choking in their own vomit, because they are vomiting now. Over time they've become untrustworthy! This is seriously unfair, and ridiculous! Trustpilot should not be trusted! They are violating free speech! by removing reviews that are too negative.. No free speech? I guess the only method against it is free physical contact, which would would be wrong.. Remember when a company is rising too much, dismiss it, and let it fall. no mercy! because they're on their way to become corrupt. It happens every time. Whatever that is rising, shall also fall is the law of balance. So remember to keep things in order, by going opposite when something is getting too good to be true. Maintain balance!

Should be renamed DISTRUSTPILOT. taking money from businesses says it all. Biased towards +ve's mainly, if any paying company complains about a review, it is promptly removed. I know, Ive had my ones removed and no longer post on their site anymore.

TrustPilot is the absolute worst for reviews. Any business is able to PAY for negative reviews to be removed. I am part of a organisation that is targeting a certain scam business - We leave countless negative reviews on trustpilot (which contain 100% valid points btw) and trustpilot just willingly remove the comments at the scammers request. I've written to trustpilot to review how they operator. I am awaiting a response from them. If you want true reviews that are not fiddled with, dont use trustpilot. It couldn't be further from the truth.

I wanted to make a review about Tax Returned on Trustpilot, however my review after being confirmed that I used their services was removed as it breached their guidelines, so I wondered what went wrong I had all the correspondence and all the proof of what I wrote went wrong with that service so I have contacted their compliance team providing all the information and proof of what I wrote in the review is true. They asked me to change word "thiefs" so I used more politically correct terms, however my review was removed again by trustpilot as they said it still suggest theft. So I explained that how am I to make a negative review of money being taken away from me without my consent and without making me aware of their hidden policy that they do not pay out certain amounts of money that I was not made aware as they kept it in secret until they got my money and it was too late for me to call HMRC and stop them. I feel like a rape victim who is not allowed to talk about the rape even though the guilty one admitted to his actions in writing. It appears that trustpilot has some sort of a deal with bigger companies that deal with finances and they possibly get commission for keeping their review scores high and ensuring most of the negative reviews are removed. So as far as I am concerned trustpilot will work closely with financial companies that will use tricks and hidden policies to scam people and they will do their best to keep these companies clean.

A business owner pitches a fit, Trustpilot removes it without a second glance which kinda defeats the purpose of being a review website. If removed they will ask for proof of membership of a business.. do not do it. I’ve had it happen twice now and will never go back. Trustpilot is dishonest and shady.. so, happy reporting d-heads.

Trustpilot company ratings aren't about how good a compay is it's about how much they pay Trustpilot. I had a paid for account with Trustpilot. They removed negative remarks I made about their really big paying customers and they whitewashed my questions about why. So I tried to leave a review about Trustpilot. Amazingly on Trustpilot you can't review Trustpilot!!!!

Trustpilot use dark arts to run their business . From a genuine perspective with evidence they link to a company then target negative reviewers and pay per click to push their review page to the top by paying per click then they say to the coMpany ... if you want your review taking down you need to pay £1000 per week “ Did you have a negative experience ? Review your service here “

I placed a bad review about a company, Trustpilot put a hold on the review because of false claims for the bad company. The bad company started making threats about posting my address and all my information. I sent proof to trustpilot that proved I was telling the truth. Trustpiolot said they were going to do an investigation 3 months later they are still doing an investigation . So I decided to review my review on TrustPilot I found that they let this bad company post all my personel information.

Trust pilot removed my review within a few days because it was not positive. I understand that companies that receive bad reviews pay trustpilot to take them down. How absurd and twisted can they be :-(
