“Trustpilot are useless if you leave a bad review they take it down. I'm sill waiting for my money back off nextday deal after months, but not allowed to leave a bad review.”

“Would not allow me to post a negative review. Kept sending me to compliance who said my words weren't nice...no, they weren't because the company was terrible. Don't believe Trustpilot ratings!!!”

“Trust Pilot pander to companies who are shady, give a poor service and get a bad review--tell trust pilot all the bad reviews are fake and they disappear. Trust Pilot seems to artificially average out reviews by pandering to companies with very poor service”

“Total crap, We have been running a very successful business. They don't take into account who reviews your business. They deleted several reviews we have from real customers and leave one from trolls that. They compliance team is an utter joke. And the worst thing is that as a business owner you cannot even request for your business to be removed from there. Absolute fraud”

“These people are liars they just want to sell u the product without telling u every integration and every little thing costs extra. Google out of all the companies should not allow these type of review scams because there is a huge problem with another aspect of this, the companies can use this to get fake reviews with enough money. They also try to tell u even if u cancel in a few days after u try it that u have to wait 30 days for the cancellation to take effect! Why would any company do that? Only to milk u for another monthly payment even though u are not using that service”

“FRAUD COMPANY DO NOT USE!! I'm an owner of a small business, when we were upsold the premium account from Trustpilot, I explained exactly what we needed it for and was sold on the basis of this. Their sales team promised that it could do everything we needed it too and rushed us to sign the contract. We're now 3 months down the line and we've not been able to use it at all. The only response we get from them is when they send us a bill! After speaking with a few other companies that use them, there's a general consensus that they will just ignore you if you're unhappy about anything. One company said they only get a response once a month!! It's taken nearly two weeks for anyone to get back to us. Still, they won't acknowledge that we can't use their product and we've been mis-sold and that they have a 'no cancellation policy'. I wrote this review on their own review page and I got a generic response and asked to contact the support team. The support team just put the ticket as 'solved' and don't contact you at all, this has now happened with 3 complaints (see picture). I have contacted the legal team 10 times, my account manager, the sales manager, the legal officer and account director and radio silence. How can they get away with it? Months have gone by and they are charging me hundreds of pounds a month and I havent used the service once. I'm now getting legal advice! DO NOT USE THEM”

“I wrote an honest review on the bad experience i had with mypos. Even after proofing with screenshots my purchase that i was previously a customer and my history of complains and conversations the compliance team still did not accept it and asked for more proof, they dont care about the truth, they just a bought company that wants to publish only good reviews, shame one them.”

“I was just about to make an order but the review put me off to buy with this company many thanks for the bad reviews and agreed that Trustpilot aught check the credibility and the good reviews as if it often happened and to me, it really looks like disingenuous comments so they can't dupe everyone”

“Tried to leave a bad review for a plumbing company but even after seeing our receipt Trust Pilot did not post it. Also have seen bad reviews for other companies on other websites but Trust Pilot only posts good reviews. Really dodgy and misleading for people. Trust Pilot clearly can't be trusted!”

“I ordered business signs from one of your companies which your clever and dishonest technology hid the many bad reviews. I would never have touched this awful company if I hadn’t read your untrue biased displayed reviews. Elite Signs, Birmingham UK. They even display illegal fake approved Body Logos”

“Is NOT HONEST! They favor and could even be sponsored by the companies that customers are reviewing, therefore they only post favorable reviews. If you have a gripe with a company, they will drag you through the mud making you provide "documentation" for your experience. This is ridiculous! Go to Yelp and other sites that allow free open posts. NOT trustpilot!!!!”

“Shocking . FRAUD, SCAM All the good verifies reviews from my company have been removed Without any explanation. Those reviews were placed on more 3 months. We contacted all those customers to send the email to truspilot and until today no genuine have been placed back. I think is the time to take legal action. Trustpilot work with competitors companies with the aim to distroy others businesses. Warning truspilot is the fraud company I will place this reviews everywhere, newspapers and TV. We do have evidences of genuine purchases services with those customers. We spend more than 3 months and they were only removed genuine verify reviews in our platform for us to stop running the business. Also they contacted to scam our money They SCam our money. FRAUD, FRAUD SCAM TRUSTPILOT. I RAISE MY VOICE ON TV AND IN YHE COURT WE DO HAVE EVIDENCE. AND ALL OUR CUSTOMERS WILL ASSIST US IN THE COURT. YOU ARE A FRAUD”

“You can't trust Trustpilot. We gave a bad review to Total AV antivirus after their product destroyed one of our computers. All Total AV had to do was to say that we didn't buy their product. The invoice we received from them was in the form of an email, and that email was lost when their product destroyed our computer. We have the charge from Total AV and a refund on our credit card statement, and we provided Trustpilot with evidence that Total AV had been liaising with my wife through an email that she had forwarded to me before her computer was destroyed. This should have been enough evidence that we did in fact purchase the product, but NOOOOOOO!, Trustpilot decides to side with TotalAV. That Trustpilot 5 stars everyone seems to have means absolutely nothing.”

“Ridiculous that the company cannot remove themselves from this or even do anything more than take abuse. Customer service is useless. Had numerous made up reviews and also one customer who was harassing the company was allowed to keep editing their review and nothing was done - the made up reviews were refused and could be contested further, but why bother by this point? This platform gives trolls another voice and makes a business feel powerless.”

“Trust pilot is a waste of time if you have a bad review of a company the company can have it taken down until you prove you had a bad experience which is double the work and most people wont do it so the reviews are not! accurate do not trust trust pilot!!!!!”
