“Extremely disappointed with Trustpilot for allowing fraudulent companies to prey on innocent consumers. I paid for a service that was never delivered, and when I tried to leave an honest review on Trustpilot, it was removed without explanation. It's clear that Trustpilot cares more about protecting its bottom line than protecting consumers from scams. I will never trust this website again, and I urge others to beware of its deceptive practices. Trustpilot is a sham that prioritizes profit over people. Shame on them!”

“This company needs to be investigated as they are PAID BY BUSINESS’S TO CONTROL THE AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEY RECEIVE. THE MORE THEY PAY THE BETTER THE SERVICE THEY RECEIVE. Vinted allow Trustpilot to control the amount of negative feedback they receive. Trustpilot have removed ALL of my feedbacks for Vinted even after evidence of my experience was provided via email which they ignored when sending by email. WHY REQUEST EVIDENCE THEN?!! I then tried writing another review which I received an email to say it was published then later I got an email to say it was removed as it was flagged up not to be genuine. Even after providing screenshots from the Vinted app they rejected it as it did not show a ‘domain url’ and my full name. ARE YOU THICK TRUSTPILOT?! Majority use an app and everyone uses something called a USERNAME not their full name. The screen shot with their logo and messages to me ARE SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE. But it is obvious they will try any excuse/tactic to not publish a negative review for Vinted but if you look at Vinted 5 star reviews, 99.9% are FAKE. I will also mention that all my previous reviews for other companies were published… DODGY? THIS IS FOWL PLAY. I would not believe 90% + of positive feedbacks on this site as there are 1000’s that are FAKE.”

“They delete honest ratings. They help scammers last long. I think you can buy good Reviews and if you pay they will delete all Bad Reviews about your firm. THEY NOT TRUST WORTHY”

“Scammers. Received threatening messages from Trustpilot from the 19th of January to the 15th of February 2024. That clarified as harassments as well. Threatening to take down my reviews for no absolute reason. I'm going to report this also on them for harassing me. Very bad experience that I have ever had from the Trustpilot team.”

“I just visited a customer this morning, asked him to leave a review which he did and 5 hours later review removed. I also have some offensive abusive reviews which I have reported only to be told there is nothing wrong with them. Strange!!”

“I left a legitimate negative review for a company......Legacy Wills UK and they removed it as they are being paid a subscription by that company. This company scams old and vulnerable people by overcharging for wills which are not legally recognised unless verified by a solicitor. Save money by going direct to the solicitor.”

“Truspilot is part of the problem with companies taking advantage of customer. If you leave an honest review of a company that they work with they will suspend your account. I left a review about. Couple of companies that have a horrible customer service apporch and they decide to erase my account as it goes against their policies and seems they claim that I got pay to do bad reviews to amazon, bell and another company”

“I’m really upset with trustpilot right… I’m really upset with trustpilot right now Four months ago I left a review on now pensions. I have two work pensions with now. I had an issue back in November and left a review. Trust pilot reached out to me through the review site and they came up with a solution for my issue. I have documentation that they dealt with my issue and everything was all good. I forgot about everything then four months later I get a email from trustpilot that now has flagged my review as suspicious of fake. How can they say that when they dealt with the issue and resolved it? You asked me to send evidence so I sent you emails between me and now, I sent a copy of my pension dated within the last six months but trust pilot told me they can’t accept my letter because it was dated more than 12 months ago , if my letter that I sent you is November 23 how is that more 12 months ago? so you’re not accepting my letter cause you said it’s 12 months out of date? Well I think you need to get new integrity officer because he has no integrity. I have sent you screenshots of my payments that I’ve made and been paying up till January 1 of this year. So how is that not within the last year ? you can take the review of now down if you like, it proves you’re a dishonest firm and what are now giving you to bully me into taking me review down ? I’ll just write another and I have written another. I’ve written another elsewhere somewhere where they get more views than you. I think you’ve been absolutely completely shady here I feel you are completely working with an Angle and because now didn’t like my review, and they shouldn’t be in business if they don’t like reviews and if they don’t like bad reviews they shouldn’t be in business definitely and to be honest neither should you because you don’t know how to do business, I’ve sent my proof which you don’t like, why I have no idea, the date of within the last six months of needed proof date I think you should not be in business either, I’m taking my pension elsewhere. I won’t be using your platform no more You have completely bullied me and basically called me a liar and a fraudster My letter proof says Nov 23 and they told me the letter is dated April 23 there is something bad going on here”
