“This company also deleted my negative review on a so called company modelsportrc.it .I have proofs from the bank Aidexa that modelsportrc.it received the money.Never send me the products claimed that didn't receive the money and still the modelsportrc. it scams people around the world.But TrustPilot is covering them up by deleting negative reviews so new consumers don't realize that will get scammed.I send them proofs but obviously Trustpilot doesn't care if their client is a scammer because they get paid by them.Trustpilot threatened me that they will block my account on their platform because I wrote negative review on my authentic experience.Eventually they blocked my account...”

“Trustpilot refuse to take ANY false reviews of a business page unless you are paying them. I thought trustpilot was meant to be able raising the profile of companies, and allowing them to grow with positive reviews. Now, I do understand that some people may have a bad experience with a company so will write a bad review. But for trustpilot to allow reviews that are false and that are targeted at a company that isn't even trading when the review is made it atrocious.”

“They say you can give honest opinions but when you do they flag it, problem is the negative reviews are normally the most honest but taking that away from people means that the public can not get a true and honest opinion on a company based off real experiences. Nothing trustworthy about the company that removes reviews that don't fit big company narratives.”

“What is abuntantly clear is that Trust Pilot has relationships with certain companies. On four occasions over the last two years, I have had my account deleted by Trust Pilot: - There is no problem writing good review on any company. - There is no problem writing bad reviews on certain companies, usually smaller in size. - However, anytime you write a review on what appears to be their 'partners' they delete your account. Also last time I wrote a review about Trust Pilot. It was respectful, and well documented. And yes guess what? That's right, account terminated! What an absolute scam Trust Pilot is! It's amazing it gets away with this.”

“Not trustworthy Forget about using trustpilot to evaluate companies. Every bad review I add there is removed. They only keep the good reviews. There are more trustworthy platforms out there”

“Spammed me asking for a review, then removed it when it wasn’t bright and shiny and basically called me a liar. I’ve provided proof of my interaction with the reviewed company, and it’s still not good enough. I’ve cancelled my subscription with Il Makiage makeup because of their association with Trustpilot.”

“Trustpilot's system allows one individual to flood a company's profile with unverified positive reviews without verification requirement. Meanwhile, genuine negative feedback risks being removed if not validated. As a result, even subpar companies can unjustly boast a 5-star rating, misleading consumers and undermining Trustpilot's credibility.”

“A biased review company that cannot be trusted. I had written a clear and honest review, which, by the way, is approved on this platform. This was their answer: Hello Milan, Our software has reported your review of Ubisoft due to promotional references or suspicious review patterns. That's why we removed it from our platform. We won't remove it, but it will no longer be visible on Trustpilot and will not count towards the company's star rating. Do you think there is a misunderstanding? Please feel free to contact us by replying to this email. Yours sincerely, Trustpilot Content Integrity This is what I answered: Dear sir / Madam, I'm surprised you took my reviews offline. Following on from your email, in my opinion it is certainly NOT what a promotional referral looks like, so I think that argument is invalid? That leaves the suspicious review pattern, which I would almost take offense to myself. Perhaps you mean that I have posted the same review more than once? In my opinion, this multiple placement is more than justified and a very conscious choice on my part. It is all one and the same company that I placed them on, namely Ubisoft. Since my described complaint has been rolled out worldwide by Ubisoft, so people from all countries and various platforms can experience this same problem. Therefore, I think that they are very rightly included in all departments of Ubisoft that you have included on your website. I would like to hear how you view this, because I think the purpose of your website is to share experiences about companies? In that context, in my opinion, your decision is incompatible. “I have had somebody writing malicious personal comments about me, not even my companies. When i told trustpilot that i knew the man behind the reviews personally and could confirm he had never brought, tried or knew anyone that had brought our services or products and had written very personal remarks about me personally which were untrue, they concluded there was nothing wrong with the reviews despite me pointing out the reviews were deemed to be defamatory by my solicitors, they still insisted on keeping the reviews. I cant believe how bad they are at their jobs, i now know they and their reviews are not legitimate and i would never trust them or use them for reviews on my businesses.”

“Definitely a scam! They allow only positive reviews! If you write a negative review, they remove it and say it’s suspected to be fraud/fake review! No questions ask, no proofs requested, nothing. I wrote a negative review, they sent me an email that it’s been removed, I sent proofs even though they didn’t ask and on top of that we won our case through owmbudsman so no, I don’t exaggerate but Trustpilot don’t care. I think the companies pay them to keep only positive reviews! See my emails from them attached. Will never use the platform to review or to read reviews! Definitely not to be trusted”
