“If they don’t agree with you, they will delete your review. I’ve watched the little mermaid. That was terrible, so I’ve left a review about it. A day later I’ve got the email that my review has been deleted.”

“Trust pilot took down a 5 star reviews I gave, for no reason. I had proof to show that I was their customer. This didn't make any difference to Trust pilot. This makes me think they may be biased towards/against specific reviews and businesses.”

“They claim I am not a real person writing a real review and that I am not with the company I was reviewing. The company told them to take it down so they did and asked me for evidence to prove it is real. Despite showing bank payments, emails from the company themselves and a screenshot of what my review was about (logged into the companies website!) They confirmed that despite the evidence shown that I and my review is fake. When I asked them how they can say I was not a real customer they advised they cannot tell me what specifically the company has said which goes to show they don't actually have any evidence at all as they would show it like i showed mine. Trustpilot is dishonest to consumers and protects companies which is completely against what they claim to be, independent and trustworthy. Not a service that can be trusted at all and if they truly didn't moderate reviews or take them down at the request of companies as it states on line that they do not, then why would my review be in question? All lies to protect companies and real consumers are not able to warn other potential consumers of real issues so they can make informed decisions. How trustpilot is even running at all let alone under that name is crazy. Cannot be trusted at all.”

“Trustpilot is not trust worthy anymore. They asked our team to get join premium services for our company we thought of not spending on them. They started removing reviews of our genuine clients. They keep and manage reviews for the companies who pay for them”

“Relating to Furniture Village reviews on every other review site FV is lucky to get ** , my experience would be * had to fight all the way to get refunded on faulty furniture, just look at complaints on Facebook "let down by Furniture Village" it's disgusting how they are allowed to continue as retailers.”

“Trust pilot was good and then they went wrong. I have given them proof of a website that kept my ten dollars and they didn’t believe me. I gave them proof and still they didn’t believe me. Is this fair? No. I don’t understand what is wrong with people today. What kind of proof do I need for them too believe my truth. I will never give another feedback again on Trustpilot again.”

“Trustpilot start removing the negative reviews for ransom Since June 2023 It seems that TRUSTPILOT decided to make money from our reviews by asking for ransoms from the companies that have lower stars reviews to delete the negative review for a money profit to TRUSTPILOT. this is the only reason I can think for which TRUSPILOT removed my negative review of Wells Fargo even after I presented multiple evidence to prove my review was legit. Notice: my review was 100% within the guidelines of Trustpilot. Trustpilot also removed my negative review of Trustpilot as retaliation.”

“I find it incredible that Trustpilot allows anyone to create an account in a Company's name without the Company having any knowledge of the account and therefore having no way of replying to the reviews, unless they are made aware of them by a third party. How can this be right? Surely Trustpilot should have the common decency to let the Company know. This leaves Trustpilot open to accounts being created by disgruntled customers who haven't had their own way (rightly or wrongly). There are many fake reviews on Trustpilot for our Company which are not only untrue, but libellous, we have successfully had the same reviews removed by Google as they accepted the reviews were libellous and untrue. These reviews are damaging our business and we are looking into taking further action against, not only Trustpilot, but the people who have left the reviews. It seems Trustpilot doesn't care and this is why it is the prime site for FAKE reviews.”

“Had a perfectly good review taken down. Provided proof of what I said and the company reply underneath corroborated what I had said. I believe the responses I was getting from Trustpilot were from a bot or some type of automated service as it wasn't listening to what I was saying and just kept repeating I needed proof of purchase, even though my review was about not being able to make a purchase. Very frustrating. If you can't leave an honest review without bending under pressure from big companies, then what are you for?”

“Company has removed 7+ of my reviews left on the site throughout the years. For a company that is powered by the crowdsourced data of its users it's laughable that they just remove your reviews without clearly saying why. Will be using Google to review websites / stores in the future.”
