Trustpilot are now as reliable of Wikipedia - it's a propaganda website. Trustpilot deletes many thousands of genuine reviews from real verified people, sharing real experiences - complete with evidence if requested. This website seems to be fraudulent or compromised. Forget it exists, use Sitejabber instead.

Trustpilot seem to reject positive reviews claiming reviews contravene guidelines. They won't accept any of the documentation they request you provide to them and just claim they can't prove you are genuine. Write a negative review ad they have no problem with allowing this onto their site. Dealing with customer service is horrendous too!!

Trustpilot protect their subscribers whilst they masquerade as a platform for consumers to review companies. They portray themselves as a platform where consumers have a voice but in reality the conflict of interest in their paid customers, the very companies that they are protecting consumers from are their priority. Hoards of fake positive reviews flood the profiles while most genuine bad experienced are flagged by the business and removed b the platform. They have a feature on every profile where reviews can be sorted by most recent or most relevant. A company with 630 1 star reviews in 14 days shows only positive reviews as the 'most relevant' making them complicit in The Funded Trader's scam. The platform is a waste of space and just be disregarded as part of the problem

Trustpilot has no real integrity, reviews are flagged or taken down to discard legitimate complaints.

Trustpilot seem to have an incentive from the businesses people are complaining about. This is reading most of other people's experiences plus my own. My reviews were taken down as trustpilot claimed they were not sure they were genuine..I sent the proof of my name adress amd invoice and they neglected like they did to so many other reviewers, to put up my reviews again. Because this is the ovewhwlming experience of other reviewers it appears they are in the backpockets of the companies we are trying to review

They appear to take great pleasure in removing entirely genuine reviews, and ignore the proof that they are genuine. Meanwhile, the site is packed to the gills with obviously fake reviews. The staff are clearly vindictive, and the management are exasperatingly ignorant.

I have had a bad experience with Trustpilot. Recently, I left some negative reviews about a couple of businesses which I had dealt with. However, Trustpilot deleted those reviews stating that I had not confirmed if I had received the services from these companies. I immediately emailed them the order numbers and proof that I had received the services, but still, they deleted my reviews. This indicates that Trustpilot cannot be trusted as they might be getting paid for deleting negative reviews. In my opinion, government agencies should investigate the impact of review systems on society, as they have become a booming business.

They will remove the good reviews, but keep the fake negative once. Their pricing is high and if someone leaves you negative they will even show it in front of the top instead of the most recent review.

There's no Trust in Trustpilot In the high-octane world of business and personal development, where integrity and transparency are as vital as the air we breathe, my recent encounter with Trustpilot left a sour taste that no amount of sugar coating can sweeten. Picture this: I engaged in a genuine transaction with SuccessResources, investing not just my money but my faith in their 3Day seminar in Amsterdam, and then I shared my authentic experience on Trustpilot. What happens next? Trustpilot slaps my company with a label of, pay attention - Selling fake reviews -, a claim as baseless as accusing a bird of talking! We are a registered Educational Institute in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, nothing to do with selling fake reviews. Despite arming myself with indisputable proof of my participation (yes, an invoice that's as real as the ground you walk on), Trustpilot stood unmoved, as if my genuine attempt at clarity was invisible to them. Not one to retreat without a fight, I aimed another arrow of truth by reviewing Trustpilot itself, sharing my experience. The irony? This review was flagged as fake. Despite presenting a fortress of evidence, including screenshots and case numbers (Ticket number: ******* is one of them) my truth was dismissed, tossed aside like yesterday's news. This ordeal wasn't just an eye-opener but a clear call to all seekers of genuine feedback platforms: Trustpilot, in its current state, seems more like a court of kangaroos, where evidence leaps through hoops only to be dismissed into the void! Everyone should question to seek transparency, and to demand a platform where our voices, backed by solid proof, are respected and acknowledged. Trustpilot, in this instance, failed to measure up to these standards, leaving a trail of questions about its commitment to genuine, unadulterated feedback..

Not sincere in rating reviews. They are also unable to substantiate why they remove certain reviews. Unreliable and very unprofessional

I recently had a concerning experience with Trustpilot's review removal process, specifically regarding my review of Server.pro. After taking the time to share my feedback and insights on the platform, I was shocked to discover that my review had been flagged and subsequently removed without any prior notice or attempt to verify its authenticity. The lack of communication and transparency in Trustpilot's approach was deeply disappointing. As a user who values honesty and fairness in online reviews, I expected a more thorough investigation before my review was taken down. The blanket statement claiming inability to verify authenticity without reaching out for further clarification only added to my frustration. I believe that every reviewer deserves the right to be heard and understood. Trustpilot's failure to engage with me to gather more information or provide an opportunity to validate my review raises concerns about the platform's commitment to integrity and user trust. I urge Trustpilot to reevaluate their review moderation process, prioritize open communication with users, and ensure a fair and thorough assessment of reviews before making unilateral decisions. Transparency and accountability are essential in maintaining the credibility of review platforms like Trustpilot. I hope that Trustpilot takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their review handling procedures to better serve the diverse community of users who rely on their platform for genuine feedback and insights. Sincerely, Vlad BB

Trustpilot, the worst app!! I wrote about the negative and fraudulent actions of the Russian bookmaker MEGAPARI, and they did not want and do not want to publish my review. They will publish only positive reviews of this Russian bookmaker. They are obviously paid by this Russian bookmaker!! Big scam is Trustpilot app !! I sent all the communication between me and MEGAPARI, everything they wanted to verify my game account, that the methods of this betting office are non-standard and Trunspilot didn’t publish my reviews anyway!!

Scammers use trustpilot to blackmail small companies with crypto or else they give many fake 1 star reviews. Trustpilot does not remove these bad reviews! Trustpilot should be sued by several companies for loss of revenue all over years these reviews are up!

It's clear trustpilot is a platform being paid by scam companies to keep good fake reviews and remove reviews that are saying the truth. A reminder. 4 years ago we were scammed by a company with reviews on trustpilot. Upon writing how we were scammed, trustpilot removed that review. Only to learn from our lawyer and police that the so called company had scammed so many people yet trust pilot were removing any reviews that tried to depict the truth about the scam company. In simple. Trust pilot is a platform that supports and protects scam companies. I wonder how much they get paid to remove the "honest bad reviews" while promoting fake "good reviews.and more people will become victims of those companies being supported by trustpilot

Hi there, we would consider ourselves long serving reviewers that have always tried our best to look out for the consumer. We aren't affiliated with any form of institution, body or corporation, we're simply serial renovators that have spent an awful lot of our time and money purchasing products online and aim to look out for people like us as well as rely on the experience of others when dealing with new suppliers. Over the years we have seen trust pilot crash from being a useful resource to becoming a negative force that promotes scammers and hides the voices of those who seek to help the consumer. They are a reviews for money service that actively supports known scammers. The idea that they providing Trusted reviews is, quote frankly, a disgrace. We hope that they are investigated, shut down and a replaced by an institution that genuinely represents the consumer.
