“Trust pilot has tried on multiple occasions to try and take down my reviews. I even provided proof and they still threatened to take down the reviews! Avoid them at all costs.”

“I just visited a customer this morning, asked him to leave a review which he did and 5 hours later review removed. I also have some offensive abusive reviews which I have reported only to be told there is nothing wrong with them. Strange!!”

“I left a legitimate negative review for a company......Legacy Wills UK and they removed it as they are being paid a subscription by that company. This company scams old and vulnerable people by overcharging for wills which are not legally recognised unless verified by a solicitor. Save money by going direct to the solicitor.”

“Truspilot is part of the problem with companies taking advantage of customer. If you leave an honest review of a company that they work with they will suspend your account. I left a review about. Couple of companies that have a horrible customer service apporch and they decide to erase my account as it goes against their policies and seems they claim that I got pay to do bad reviews to amazon, bell and another company”

“I’m really upset with trustpilot right… I’m really upset with trustpilot right now Four months ago I left a review on now pensions. I have two work pensions with now. I had an issue back in November and left a review. Trust pilot reached out to me through the review site and they came up with a solution for my issue. I have documentation that they dealt with my issue and everything was all good. I forgot about everything then four months later I get a email from trustpilot that now has flagged my review as suspicious of fake. How can they say that when they dealt with the issue and resolved it? You asked me to send evidence so I sent you emails between me and now, I sent a copy of my pension dated within the last six months but trust pilot told me they can’t accept my letter because it was dated more than 12 months ago , if my letter that I sent you is November 23 how is that more 12 months ago? so you’re not accepting my letter cause you said it’s 12 months out of date? Well I think you need to get new integrity officer because he has no integrity. I have sent you screenshots of my payments that I’ve made and been paying up till January 1 of this year. So how is that not within the last year ? you can take the review of now down if you like, it proves you’re a dishonest firm and what are now giving you to bully me into taking me review down ? I’ll just write another and I have written another. I’ve written another elsewhere somewhere where they get more views than you. I think you’ve been absolutely completely shady here I feel you are completely working with an Angle and because now didn’t like my review, and they shouldn’t be in business if they don’t like reviews and if they don’t like bad reviews they shouldn’t be in business definitely and to be honest neither should you because you don’t know how to do business, I’ve sent my proof which you don’t like, why I have no idea, the date of within the last six months of needed proof date I think you should not be in business either, I’m taking my pension elsewhere. I won’t be using your platform no more You have completely bullied me and basically called me a liar and a fraudster My letter proof says Nov 23 and they told me the letter is dated April 23 there is something bad going on here”

“Trustpilot is a scam of a company beware, do no trust their reviews. They make companies pay in order to delete bad reviews, then they delete positive reviews of those that don’t pay up.”

“Trustpilot cannot be trusted. I posted a negative review about a company. The company claimed I was lying and tried to get my review removed. After contacting Trustpilot and providing proofs of my claim, my negative review was reactivated. It got flagged by the company a second time and Trustpilot removed it again and refused to reactivate it. It's appalling how companies can get negative reviews easily remove on that platform.”

“As with others, Trustpilot received my review and within days threatened to take it down claiming the company that failed to deliver (Revolution Solar/USA Clean Energy) wanted more information. Went through the process twice with Trustpilot and got the same threat twice. Not sure what they're after, but it is NOT serving customers.”

“Leaving a review on trustpilot is a waste of time. They will argue it each time and demand more information or threaten to take the review down in 3 days. Even when you provide all the information they have asked for they will argue on behalf of the company. I don’t know if they get paid by them. They don’t seem impartial or in your side. Their staff seem incompetent and lack comprehension. They even removed all my reviews once off their own backs. I had to argue to get them back to which is a joke. For what they do their incompetency is shocking.”

“I have always been happy to leave reviews on trustpilot both good and bad but recently i left a review posted it, tried to edit it and it didnt read right so thought hey delete republish it typed up better but with all the original date and info as per the original post, i then go to log in to Trustpilot today and says my account suspended. I can find no emails, no correspondence saying they were going to suspend me and why. Im a bit perplexed and confused as to why as a honest genuine reviewer that iv been suspended, at nearly 59yrs old so this suspension thing is all new to me. Maybe trust pilot will reply to my contact message i sent them via their website today and explain why this sudden suspension. All review posted by me are accurate accounts of what has happened both good and bad so cant work out whats happenned.”

“Utterly disgusted by their commercial blackmailing behviour. As a business owner, we have over 13,000 reviews collected on Trustpilot. We decided to share the snippets of our OWN CUSTOMERS REVIEWS on our website, without using any of TP logo or copyright, they come back at us saying for us to keep our OWN CUSTOMERS REVIEWS on our OWN WEBSITE, then we need to pay tem a premium on our subscription. Disgusting. We surely refused, then they put a banner on our profile saying we are misleading our customers... How on earth is this even lawful. We cancelled our subscription on this dodgy money grabbing business and will be moving to another review collection site. Somewhere more ethical. If you are new to this wholething, you better off going somewhere else and collecting your reviews there. Dont even share this site with your customers or clients.”
