“I keep trying to leave a review of Cashplus Bank but oddly Trustpilot keep blocking it stating no evidence. I sent them screenshots and emails too but I fear this company is bought and paid for, so to speak. Very sinister. My opinion was to warn others about this bank and Google reviews of it back me up but not good enough for Trustpilot. Wierd and sinister.”

“Trustpilot è una truffa, mai avrei creduto. Mi sono fidato delle loro recensioni e ho comprato un iphone 14 pro da una ditta che aveva tutte recensioni positive su trustpilot. La ditta è la tecno-solustore.com di Albenga (ovviamente non esiste ad Albenga), prima si chiamava tecno-solution.com e tecno-solution.org ma cambia ogni volta nome per sfuggire alle recensioni negative su google. Da questa ditta non ho mai ricevuto il mio Iphone pagato regolarmente. ho denunciato il fatto anche alla polizia postale. Metto una recensione negativa su trustpilot e il proprietario della ditta fasulla segnala la mia recensione e via whatsapp inizia a minacciarmi di mettere i miei documenti e dati nel dark web e di creare un sito di pedopornografia con il mio nome se non cancello la recensione negativa. Nel frattempo ci pensa trustpilot a cancellare la mia recensione negativa chiedendomi documentazione che provi il mio acquisto e la truffa. Mando tutto, ordine, screenshot di tutto, comprese le minacce via Whatsapp e la denuncia alla polizia postale. Risultato? mi rispondono che non è sufficiente e quindi non approvano la mia recensione negativa... più di così...e sono pure utente verificato... in seguito vedo che cancellano sistematicamente tutte le recensioni negative segnalate da questo truffatore. Ho provato a rimettere la recensione negativa ma niente trustpilot non l'approva direttamente e lascia sulla pagina di questo truffatore solo le recensioni positive (scritte dal truffatore ovviamente). Truspilot è colluso con i truffatori, non credete a trustpilot!!”

“Trustpilot is not as transparent as it professed to be… It simply works for companies and not its consumers, because business are allowed to work through their convoluted review requirements claiming false feedback, which allows ratings by customers to be retracted. Something is funny when hundreds of customer’s ratings mirror each other giving a 1 star rating for integrity and performance yet Trustpilot honors them with a 4+ star because rather than taking the obviously reporting pattern by consumers as bad business, they allow the retraction of them raising bottom line ratings.”

“Take seconds to remove a review , with 1001 excuses. Try to get them reinstated is more or less impossible, been trying for days. Completely inept & stinks of corporate collaboration. Worse than anyone”

“I truthfully and accurately reviewed 5 companies (one hotel, one guitar store, two software companies and a printing service) and gave them positive reivews for the most part. Ive had slight issues (price increases, etc) with two of them and i factually called those out. None of my reviews were less than three stars. I got an email from trust pilot not even 30 min later saying my reviews were removed and my account had been DELETED because they think i lied about them. I can easily prove I work with and have been to all of the businesses i reviewed. But because my reviews were not insane, negative and filled with clearly false information, trust pilot removed them. They cant charge the company to improve their rating if they have decent ratings i guess... such a scam. Going to the BBB with this.”

“An extremely 1-sided platform that favors the businesses over the clients. They only ever question the negative reviews, never the positive ones, so even the worst of the worst businesses have good reviews according to them. If they don't like even one little thing you say - boom: they take your review down and make you jump through tons of hoops to *try* to get it back on. In short, ironically, don't ever trust "trustpilot" for anything.”

“Wrote reviews about Google maps, taken off. Even other Google apps again taken off. As trustpilot and Google work together. Any review is taken off straight away. That is why I deleted my trustpilot account, definitely issues. Trustpilot also said it was my software. One of many excuses which suits them.”

“I was trying to help future customers, by creating a review, from my negative experience with Metropolitan Plumbing. The title of my review, and the whole message behind my review, was to suggest that consumers "shop around". My review stayed on Trustpilot's sites for several months. I received an email from trustpilot saying that Metropolitan Plumbing flagged my review, saying that it was not based on a true experience. I sent them what I could to verify/corroborate my experience, but it was not enough, and my review was removed. It is sad that honest reviews are so easily removed, by unscrupulous trades people, who cannot stand the truth. How about this: If someone feels like a customer review should be removed, how about THEY provide evidence that the review was not based on a genuine customer experience. Hopefully this review on other sites is not so easy manipulated and removed.”

My submitted review for prepaidify.com, reflecting my authentic and negative encounter with the company, was unexpectedly removed. Your Content Integrity Team cited an inability to verify its authenticity as the reason for its removal. Responding promptly to your request, I supplied the required documentation, including the order confirmation and proof of payment, to substantiate the legitimacy of my review. Despite these efforts, my review remains deleted, prompting me to question the transparency of Trustpilot's content moderation process. In a subsequent communication, I expressed my concern that Trustpilot might be collaborating with prepaidify.com to suppress unfavorable reviews. “I posted a review about a well know energy supplier, which was based on my actual experience. It may no reference to any individuals, promotion, or exaggerations. Last month Trustpilot suppressed my review claiming it had "been flagged and removed by our automated software for having promotional references or suspicious review patterns." I contacted them to dispute this and they ignored my multiple email. Its quite clear Trustpilot are working with businesses to keep these poorly performing businesses review score high to the detriment of consumers.”

“Trust Pilot will hold fake reviews and even when shown proof of the fake reviews they will still keep them, also reviews that are pure heat speech and racist comments even after flagging will be left there. This is just making the TrustPilot a platform of fake reviews and any one who pays to a comapny in India can boost there company profile for as little as £50 compeared to Trust Pilot Subscription £250 a month, the choise is obveouse if Trust pilot will not monitore any reviews the option is fake reviews to boost the SEO and company awarenes, and to hide the bad reviews this can be done by just multiple good reviews I have seen this for the competitors company where in a week they have gained 100 new 5 star reviews and that's ok with Trust Pilot so there is nothing to lose only better SEO if fake reviewing your own company even though I think this is demotivating any one who is actually doing genuine work! TrustPilot Business model has 0 Quality Control and anyone can add 5 Starts to their own business and leave 1 starts to competitors and damage there reputation. Here are Attached a Screenshots.”
