“"Trust"pilot deleted 2 times my review avout 2 differents companies because my reviews was "suspicious" for them. They didn't ask me to clarify (with invoices, mails etc..) they just deleted my reviews when the companies ask them to do it.”

“Any review I've ever written there was censored and removed. Even when I send evidence, like a copy of the County court judgement I got against Lambeth Council, they ignore me. Hoodwinkers that they are. Trustpilot has no credibility whatsoever. It's a laughing stick. There are phishing scams and spam posted there as "reviews" and they stay up, but my genuine reviews get banned. Ef you Trustpilot. Hope your website catches a terminal bug.”

“I'm in a different boat and currently battling or duking it with trustpilot. I just reported them to the authorities about this hostage type of stuff doing business. Long story short; I got a -1 review from someone who i did not do business with. The same reviewer left a -1 for another company with almost an identical name. In his review he states never to have recieved the product, blabla, but i don't run a webshop obviously. So i start reporting, 14 business days pass, all i get are AI responses, a judgement in that the "review seems ok and is not breaking rules" - i request additional documents - nothing. Not one response from the reviewer. I write to trustpilot in a nutshell that, the review is based on a non existing experience, and likely for another company other then me. They just leave it on there, lol. I'm starting to think this is the typical hostage, hijack stuff to grapple business owners to go for the paid packages in where such reviews would be removed. It's such a crooked, messed up company with zero morals other then their engagement on THEIR platform. People need to report trustpilot to authorities or at least organisations that can deal or battle with these.”

“In fact, we have been deceived by this site, it's the worst review site Reviews that are based on credibility and experience, deleted by the site and forged reviews on which the site depends, and therefore I am sure now that this site does not have credibility in its reviews and may not exceed 30 % confidence so I announced leaving dependency on this site in the reviews and moving to other authentic sites, thanks For the sake of providing the opportunity to express the facts”

“I posted a 1 star review based on a legitimate experience with a company that blatantly scammed me. Trustpilot emailed me that my review was removed due false information. My review captured information relating to what the company offers, and how none of what they deliver is legit or what is offered. I had chat transcripts, credit card company print outs, screenshots of product offered vs delivered, etc. Yet there are several 5 star reviews that are so painfully obvious they’re not from real clients posted on this company’s Trustpilot account. This is clearly a site for scammers & not a site for the consumer.”

“I have had a bad experience with last minute.com I shall never use them ever again badly let me down with flights/ flight but on the website they offer flights but cannot provide flights I have over a month for me to My reference number is 2655089985 (NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THESE RUBBISH COMPANY.... get a flight they take money let you down 👎”

“Muy mal servicio. Unos costes altísimos por el servicio premium con reviews. No merece la pena en ningún caso. La mejora en SEO no es sustancial. Procura mejor posicionamiento el linkbuilding que contrates con esos 600€ al trimestre. Además muy mal trato. Cuando tienes un problema con los pagos de facturas te bloquean el servicio y te obligan a pagar la factura apelando al contrato anual sin ofrecer algún beneficio como devolver el tiempo que no has disfrutado del servicio por el bloqueo. Una auténtica extorsión.”

“That’s the original review I left for MCluck and every time I put a negative review to them they remove it. That’s not being transparent, they probably getting paid to remove negative reviews and just leave the 5 star Review removed A BIG NOOO I thought this place was going to get better by the day, but after my first and last redemption things haven’t change a bit, still having nasty agents and still asking for information that has been provided before….. don’t spend your money on this site,, go play Luckyland or Modo.. not profesional at all. I will not be going back”

“Has to be the most corrupt and untrustworthy review site out there. If you compare google reviews to their score (on the same companies obviously) 99.99 times out of 100 they will be vastly different, with google usually reflecting true opinion. I know for an absolute fact that they use algorithms to target negative reviews but ONLY for the companies that pay them. (I know this because I know developers who worked in their Edinburgh office). So the upshot is, they will actively seek out and take down negative reviews to boost the score of the companies that subscribe to them. Absolute shambles and this industry really needs to be regulated. They are deliberately misleading comsumers by removing genuine negative reviews, which obviously falsifies the overall score. DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT!!!”
