“Utterly disgusted by their commercial blackmailing behviour. As a business owner, we have over 13,000 reviews collected on Trustpilot. We decided to share the snippets of our OWN CUSTOMERS REVIEWS on our website, without using any of TP logo or copyright, they come back at us saying for us to keep our OWN CUSTOMERS REVIEWS on our OWN WEBSITE, then we need to pay tem a premium on our subscription. Disgusting. We surely refused, then they put a banner on our profile saying we are misleading our customers... How on earth is this even lawful. We cancelled our subscription on this dodgy money grabbing business and will be moving to another review collection site. Somewhere more ethical. If you are new to this wholething, you better off going somewhere else and collecting your reviews there. Dont even share this site with your customers or clients.”

“I wrote this about a company. "They operate in violation of the GDPR." After that, Turstpilot immediately suspended my user account. It seems that if you describe the GDPR in one of your reviews, your profile will be deleted immediately. (GDPR - European Data Protection Regulation.)”

“I returned the faulty product to kube 3d explaining the problem I was experiencing Alex responded immediately and kept me informed of the returns process . This morning , I received the correct product and everything is fine . Excellent customer service thank you”

“Robots controlling reviews, has become unreliable so God knows what review is genuine or not. Had a genuine review blocked as apparently its something to do with business review...but they don't tell me any more information. Useless.”

“If a business pays for a business account, they can request the removal of reviews by requiring customers to jump through hoops to prove their authenticity. It's evident that they intentionally leave these reviews up for an extended period, only removing them after six months, banking on the likelihood that the reviewer won't revisit the issue once emotions have subsided. Use Google as you review platform they won't remove them for money.”

“Terrible company, they remove your review ask for proof, you provide proof and they say it's not good enough even though you have a reference to the case your referring to and you are logged in to that companies website with your product on display Been wasting my time trying to reason with them, until I thought my experience with trustpilot is worse than my experience with the company I was initially reviewing. So for anyone thinking of leaving a review forget about it unless you accidentally got your passport photo'ed in your issues”

“Trustpilot removed all my reviews for no reason at all ,helping online scammer stores to get away , so that more People get scammed , even i dit send Proof all the time , Un top they're putting their logo and does online scammer stores , like anonyme simkarte.de /com , i mean come on now , i would like to know what idiot who is responsible for deliding all those reviews on trustpilot , and the best part norway to reach out by phone , it's time that a another review website takes over Trustpilot , trustpilot It's not trustworthy after all .”

“Trustpilot deleted my review pointing out that a company was using a fake Trustpilot TrustScore and a fake Trustpilot review count as well as fake Trustpilot reviews on their website. The company has no 5 star reviews on Trustpilot, they have ALL 1 Star reviews, yet their website is full of 5 star Trustpilot reviews - so these are obviously fake. Their website says TrustScore 4.7 from 8398 - the actual figures on Trustpilot are 1.6 from 21 reviews. (As an aside, interesting how 21 one star reviews gives a TrustScore of 1.6 rather than 1.0 - given that you would assume it's based on an average and nobody gave more than 1 as all 21 reviews are one star reviews. ) Anyway TLDR - Trustpilot deleted my genuine review because it pointed out that a company was using a fake Trustpilot TrustScore and fake review count. You think they would have an issue with the company abusing their brand name and consumers in this way rather than with the person pointing this out - but I guess not. P.S. The same company UAB Commerce Core are using a fake Trustpilot TrustScore and review count on at least a dozen websites - when I alerted Trustpilot to this via Twitter they said I should report it (12 times presumably) using their online whistleblower form. Why? I already alerted them and provided multiple screenshots as proof - why should I spend more of my time doing their job for them for free!”

“i've been using them for a while to write reviews as i thought it would be helpful to others, i was wrong i believe maybe companies pay them to remove negative reviews or something i wrote a review about a bad product i bought , trust pilot emailed me saying the company doesnt believe its a legit review so i sent them my proof of purchase they then email back asking for more proof and going on tangents to work their way around taking down the review , sad but trust pilot is not very trust worthy please be weary of the reviews on there.”

“My review of EE was taken off, they wanted proof of purchase etc. Which was not relevant to my review. Had no signal for three days where I live other people had the same problem. It was not just me having it. Since then deleted my account with Trustpilot, reviews can be manipulative to make the company really good. In reality it's a different kettle of fish. No platform of any description is not showing genuine reviews, reflecting on the platform who companies paid to have them removed. Not the real picture.”
