“Beware! I would strongly advise to find another company!! I ordered a gift for a friend's secret santa on the 29th November, on a 4 day delivery. 4 days past, I emailed them, they replied saying my package hadn't even been dispatched yet, but that it would arrive by Saturday or Monday the 9th at the latest! Monday came and went and i emailed AGAIN only to be told my item STILL hadn't been dispatched!!! Tuesday was our secret santa day, so my friend did not get a gift. The woman, Jo, promised that she would dispatch it that day on a next day delivery so it would arrive on Wednesday, guaranteed. So I rearranged with my friend to come over in the evening on Wednesday to get her present. Today is Wednesday, no delivery. I emailed them yet AGAIN, And they didn't reply. Royal mail has emailed me saying my delivery is due Thursday. So my friend has been let down twice now, and today was the last chance to give her the gift in person. Although I was refunded, I ordered this item almost 2 weeks ago, on a 4 day delivery. There is no excuse for the sh*t service I received. It is absolutely clear that these people cannot run a business. And I strongly advise you avoid them if you can, especially before Christmas.”

“Excellent customer service. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item and they sent out a replacement straight awat without any penalty. Very happy with the print and quality too.”

“Im still waiting for customer service to get back to me a week later! The mugs were smashed in my delivery and despite ordering 2 sizes bigger the t-shirt I ordered is absolutely tiny and wouldn't fit a child. You say you pride yourselves on your high level of customer service? I'm still waiting...”

“For the first time in about 40 designs, I received a mug that was not perfect. One side was very slightly out of kilter. Although I considered the mug acceptable, I warned TShirt about the fault in case it recurred for other customers. Even though I did not request a refund, TShirt gave me one! I put the minor blemish down to the pressures of the Christmas season and will certainly continue to use TShirt in preference to any other supplier.”

“I've been using the Tshirt Studio for 5 years now and think their customer service is amazing. They are bend over backward helpful at all stages of ordering and I couldn't fault them in any way. The products are also really great quality and printed really well. I never write reviews, but they really do deserve the credit.”

“very fast delivery. Very happy with my order but there was a little stain on the top, but it will come out in the wash. part from that every thing else i'm happy with. I can't come plain and it's worth the money”

“I put an order in with this company in November I hadn't heard anything so contacted them on 14th December to be told they would send it out next day delivery. We heard nothing still called them all day on the 18th Dec no answer finally get through on the 20th December to be told they are out of stock and wont get anymore in! Don't worry though the lady said I will refund you!!! Pathetic Company has ruined 2 Christmas presents DO NOT RELY ON THEM”
