“Matt and Alicia are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the fish/coral industry. Both came from the Camden Aquarium where they learned everything that is needed to properly care for fish and corals. They are starting there own fish hatchery soon.”

“Fish and coral were beautiful. All eating and swimming great. The price wasn’t exceptionally high and with all fish surviving and extremely healthy I’m positive I saved money.”

“TSM Aquatics is the Bomb! The fish I received from TSM were superb healthy specimens. I had the pleasure of talking to a TSM representative on the phone and experienced exemplary customer service. Waiting for the fish to finish quarantine requires some patience but you know what they say,, good things come to those who wait.”

“I have been working with marine fish for a long time. It is not often that I am impressed with a company and the quality of their fish. The fish I ordered were held for me due to some unforeseen circumstances, and TSM worked with me for what was best for me as well as the fish. Particularly when trying to source broodstock for aquaculture purposes, the quality of fish it is extremely important.I was beyond impressed with the fully quarantined fish that arrived at my doorstep. I can recommend TSM without hesitation, and I look forward to ordering from them again soon.”

“The fish showed up in perfect condition, all of them are eating, have really nice color and the perfect size.The packaging was a heavy-duty Styrofoam container, with heat packs, and all the fish were double bagged with lots of water. The reason for 4 stars is that one fish didn’t make it threw quarantine, so I didn’t receive that fish. I thought they purchased multiples of the fish you requested for that reason, so that was vary disappointing. I will purchase fish from there again.”

“I purchased two frags. a Purple Rim Green Montipora capricornis Which was Grey when I picked it up about a week ago It hasn’t changed much it’s very sad looking. I had made a previous purchase when you were still allowed in the facility it was a bird’s nest since I was able to see what I was buying I got a great piece that’s still flourishing. I can’t help but think since you can’t enter the store anymore I paid them to take there garbage away Very disappointed”

“I ordered twice - one in early and the other in mid December. I asked for both orders to be shipped together and the earlier order delayed to ship the same time as the latter. No confirmation if my request was possible. Both orders were to be shipped on January 20. I still haven't heard word of shipment by January 27 so I emailed them. Due to several weather related delays, fish didn't go out till February 9. Out of 3 fish I ordered, they couldn't find one of them for some reason. Cost of fish was promptly refunded. Fish came on February 10 (basically 2 months after ordering), fat, healthy, and eating the next day they were in the tank. Overall communication could be better but the quality of fish were excellent.”
