“Better than could have ever expected. Customer service is perfect. Always working with me to get exactly the fish I want. Have gotten in one order so far but already placed two more. The fish are gorgeous, eating well, and extremely active. After an ich outbreak in a smaller tank we upgraded to a very large set up and wanted fish that are known to be a challenge in quarantine. We didn’t want to risk it so are getting all of our fish from TSM. the first order was very sensitive wrasse and are so thankful we decided to go with these guys. Absolutely worth the price and several fish we have ordered are actually more expensive from our lfs. Can’t say enough good things about this company.”

“TSM Aquatics is the Bomb! The fish I received from TSM were superb healthy specimens. I had the pleasure of talking to a TSM representative on the phone and experienced exemplary customer service. Waiting for the fish to finish quarantine requires some patience but you know what they say,, good things come to those who wait.”

“I pre-purchased two female spotbreast angelfish and waited while they cleared the thirty day quarantine. After the quarantine period, they were shipped overnight and arrived safely at my front door. I opened the shipping container to find excellent packing material and two healthy and beautiful fish. I am looking forward to finding the next addition to my aquarium from the selections at TSM.”

“Great communication! They also held a fish for me to combine shipping with a preorder. Was able to add snails easily to order after first checkout. Highly recommended top notch service. Fish arrived really healthy and eating everything I’m putting in the tank. Well packaged box and speedy delivery. Will definitely buy from again! Thanks TSM!”

“My first order from TSM aquatics...3 wrasses and a pyramid butterfly. All arrived on time and healthy. I normally put new fish in a 20 gallon long for a week before introducing to main/display tank but these fish were so lively I decided to put them in acclimation boxes in display tank for a few hours and then released them. It has been a week since doing this and they have thrived. Colors are vibrant and all are eating well and getting along with other tank mates. I will definitely be ordering more livestock from TSM.”

“I've now had a couple of transactions and each time my fish have been super healthy, arrived timely, and were eating right away. After having a tank crash a year ago due to a sick fish, I'm more than happy with the service I've received from TSM. “I received a beautiful and healthy Masked Swallowtail (G. semifasciatus) angel that I pre-ordered a month before TSM was ready to ship out. After the long wait, I received an incredibly well packaged and healthy fish (huge box with lots of room for the fish to move in) that immediately took to my tank; eating prepared (frozen and flake food) within hours and withstood a very energetic group of fish in my reef. It continues to thrive several weeks later! TSM is an invaluable resource and retailer in our hobby. Their QT process cannot be beat and the quality of fish/corals/etc they offer get a massive head start to success in our tanks, and, we get a specimen that can be directly added to our tanks without weeks of QT. I'd buy from them without hesitation (only wish they updated their livestock more frequently!), especially if it's another semifasciatus!”

“Ordered 3 different species of fish from them and couldn't be happier. Had to wait for about a month because they were pre-orders and one would not be ready right away but it was well worth the wait. All the fish arrived healthy as can be and were eating immediately after being acclimated, thats a first for me. Usually most my fish hide or dont eat for a day or two after placing in the DT but not these guys. They were out and about checking out their new environment. Would highly recommend and plan on doing most my future purchases through TSM. Top notch company.”
