“I have been in Real Estate for 42 yrs and I constantly tell people about your magnificent, easy to use and very effective sight. It is truly the Best of the Best. I have been a Sr. VP/Regional Mgr for 20 offices and 1800 plus agents and I have seen a lot, yet your platform tops them all.”

“Although I only have one rental property, I'm new to being a landlord and Turbtenant made it really easy from the lease agreement to advertizing. Now you can even track expenses for the year so at tax time, it's really easy to download a spreadsheet of expenses. The only suggestion I have is that they need to respond more quickly to questions from users.”

“Makes managing multiple rents super easy. Everything is logged and recorded in one spot and accessible for review any time. The platform takes all the headache out of screening tenants. Add in the tracking of all rent deposits and you can't beat TurboTenant. I have used the other platforms and this is by far the best one.”

“I purchased the premier so that I could speak with CSR and get forms. It was the best thing I could have done. Daisy was the lady I worked with and she helped show me how to increase rents properly. I only wish I would have purchased the Premium months ago. I was about to leave Turbo Tenant because I was getting frustrated with the chat feature. The chats were just not working for me. Took way to much time to use and still never got it worked out. The purchase of the premium was the best thing I could ever have done. Don't waste another minute purchase it and you will be so glad you did. In speaking with the CSR it was done swiftly and accurately and was worth every penny. It is the best.”

“Love this forum! It made my job managing my rental easy and well, manageable. The e-sign function, getting a good rental agreement for the state I needed, email communication, and using it to publish my rental all contributed to a success in finding a good candidate to rent my property. It provides other info and resources for things like addendums. My renters like it too, they pay their rent, bought renters insurance, and also communicate with me all here on TurboTenant!”
