“TurboTenant has completely changed how I find a renter. Now I have the ability to screen them first. I’m sure that will save me from very frustrating situation‘s in the future; like some I’ve had in the past, because I just took a persons word. Now that we found a great tenant, I also accept all of his payments through TurboTenant. It has been very simple and effective for both of us. I haven’t had to use the maintenance part yet, but it seems very straightforward. So far, I have been very grateful for TurboTenet.”

“I use TurboTenant to manage all of my rental properties and track expenses across all properties. I love the user-friendly interface, chat support, and ease of use for my tenants. Also of note is the ability to report tenants' on time rent payments to credit bureaus to help tenants improve their credit score. Unbeatable value!”

“I can't believe how much value I am getting from Turbotenant for free (or for very little cost) In a matter of only a few hours I figured out how to use the software, set up a new property and assign a tenant, get a legal document and send it via "e-sign". So far I love it!”
