“Turbo Tenant was very easy to use setting up a legally binding room rental agreement for the very first time. The background check was through and complete and helped weed out some people who truly were not a match. I love my current tenant and have great peace of mind! Thank you! Colleen S.”

“I have used turbo Tenant software since 2020 . It is user friendly and makes it relatively effortless to use. But in the event you do have a question simply email, chat or call customer service. Their quick and thorough response time will make you wonder how you ever made it without Turbo Tenant”

“I began using turbotenant a few years ago only to advertise my rental properties. They have surely advanced in their services where I used to do many rental tasks using many applications. Now I only use one turbotenant, accounting QB and zInspectors. My job as a small landlord has become much easier and more efficient! Keep up the growing work turbotenant!”

“Turbo tenant makes screening tenants so much easier! The tools available are so helpful. We have weeded out potential troublesome tenants and been able to select from the best candidates, because of the reports and landlord information available through Turbo Tenant! The payment feature makes it easy for tenants to pay and for landlords to receive payments, it also makes it so simple to keep track of lease ends, past due payments, everything! I wouldn't rent without it!”
