About TurboTenant:

TurboTenant is the one-stop shop for independent landlords looking to simplify and grow their rental business.

For decades the rental process has been adversarial and overly complex. We change that by empowering independent landlords at every step of the rental process. TurboTenant is built by landlords, for landlords.

“My Only suggestion would be to improve or shorten the time between when a tenant pays rent and when the funds are deposited into our (the landlord) account.”

“TurboTenant makes my life easier as a landlord/owner - the fact that I can pre-screen before I show makes showings so much easier. I have 1 property that is income restricted and I can find out prior to showing if they qualify and if they don't nobody's time is wasted. Also if they are unwilling to fill out pre-screener - they aren't going to be good tenants.”

“Turbo Tenant was very easy to use setting up a legally binding room rental agreement for the very first time. The background check was through and complete and helped weed out some people who truly were not a match. I love my current tenant and have great peace of mind! Thank you! Colleen S.”

“I have used turbo Tenant software since 2020 . It is user friendly and makes it relatively effortless to use. But in the event you do have a question simply email, chat or call customer service. Their quick and thorough response time will make you wonder how you ever made it without Turbo Tenant”

“This site is a great way to list your property on many different rentals sights for free. The many options for applying, leasing, collecting rent, and more could make this your one stop site.”
