“T Always ready to help. I got certain places to look over on TT which made me mire comfortable. We've found tenants 3x on one side of.duplex. the other side 2x & that side has been t here ,& it's a lot of work. I enjoy meeting them, evaluating, and most of all, keeping them.Thank you TT :)”

We have partnerships with nearly 100 rental listing sites, but since Zillow still requires landlords to pay for their listings they aren't integrated with TurboTenant. “I have three rental units, and TurboTenant had been a major time saver. I loved the lease agreement provision, it makes sure I stay within the California State laws that apply to landlords and rentals. The rent payment option is great as well. I would pay twice what you charge I like it so much! Thank you!”

“Comprehensive investment property management software tool. We were able to have our applicants screened (credit report, criminal history and eviction history), draw up a lease agreement and manage payment directly through their portal. We only have one property now, but this suite has the capability to manage multiple investment properties. It's an incredible deal and well worth the premium membership for the all-inclusive functionality it offers.”

Not only does TurboTenant have integrated applications that keeps sensitive info secure, they also have thorough screening reports that include income insights (so helpful when validating information on the application), credit scores, plus criminal and eviction history.”
