“Well, I haven't liked rentals because they are so much less money that selling a home... and because it seemed like so much work. But I started to know Turbo Tenant a few deals ago and it was helpful for the application and the back ground check... But now I used it for the lease and signed up for the yearly very reasonable amount. And you made me feel like a professional! So I had the most recent one under contract in a few days. Now I want to find out more about the auto payments through Turbo Tenant. I have questions. And today, I received a call from a relative of that most recent rental... She wants me to try to rent her apartment. We will see what happens. I said yes. The money isn't as good, but with the ease of Turbo Tenant, maybe it will turn out very productive with such little effort. Thank you Turbo Tenant!”

“Everything that you provide is helpful and your services have helped me find better renters. By using Turbo Tennant, I’ve been able to screen my prospective renters better which has reduced my exposure to problems with bad tennants”
