“Lovely few hours away from a busy family life. Robes towels all provided and very clean changing areas and showers. It was as good as my previes visits, staff very helpfull and kept all areas clean and tidy at all times. The break out relaxing area again a delight to chill out in. The water station was a little bit of a let down tepid water or Boiled water only, a nice iced water would have been welcomed after time in the saunas. I will be returning !!! next time with one of my friends, so thats my Christmas gift and treatment sorted, thanks guys for a lovely few hours with happy friendly faces what else could you want. “I have been there at least five times and every time I visit the service has been great . last friday I had a hamam scrub with Lucy which she did an amazing job and a facial by saffron. She too was amazing from start to finish. All the staff i have encounterd there has given first class service. I have recommended you to all family and friends. I will keep visiting at least once a month . Keep up the great work.”

We were surprised to read your comments about the smell, as it's not something other guests have mentioned to us. We have air fresheners in reception, the changing rooms and the baths, and our steam rooms have essences pumped through them all the time. The whole venue is cleaned thoroughly every day.

“Scrub/Hamman is very good. Skin feels wonderful afterwards. Enjoyed massage too. Very relaxing environment. People appear to adhere to gentle request to be quite, so that people can relax. Prefer ladies day to mixed sex days.”
