“Costumer service is the reason why I'm giving 5 stars the agent was super nice and helpful rebooked me and covered additional fees. My first host was Evan's Mazda in Honolulu and he was rude and arrogant this was my first time and I had questions I have screen shot of his response to all my questions”

“I recently rented a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan From our host, Sanaz in St. John’s. The experience was very good. The car was amazing. Very tight smooth riding everything I was looking for. Pick up and drop off was very Easy and efficient. Would definitely rent again through tour..”

“I rented from a man named ! Richito in JFK, he is an excellent gentleman. He brought me the car at the airport and picked the car. I even extended 1-2hr with no extra charges. First time renting from Turo and I tell you I loved it. Clean Tesla,fully charged, with above and beyond communication.”

“Thieves straight up they stole my money I work for consumer rights 289 dollars I canceled 2 min later and funds never came back I requested a receipt for 30 min it never showed up I’m personally reporting them for theft as well as filing with my inspector general office regarding this fraudulent company”

“I rented a 2021 Nissan Altima, beautiful vehicle, clean inside and out. I was in a car accident and needed to rent until I was able to get another car. I was allowed many extensions. Turo is an excellent alternative to other car rentals that want to hold funds if you don't have a credit card. So, this was a great way to save money and no hassles!! If you rent, rent from Frank Esposito, Nissan NJ 33 in Hamilton. It's a great spot to pick up and drop off. !! Thanks!!”

“Awesome experience: Our 8 passenger Excursion died the day before we were to leave on an out of state trip. The night before we were to leave, no rental places had any 8 passenger vehicles, but TURO DID! Thanks for saving the day!”
