Sent products that were about to go out of date. Called them to explain I was unhappy about that - it was mentioned it would be c. 1 year use by on the website. Was told that I would have to pay for them to be returned, which obviously I was unhappy about. I’m still waiting for a call back from them which I was promised. Absolute nightmare, currently spent a huge amount of money on a product that will be worth nothing by the time I come to use it in a few months.

Hi Camille, Thanks for your review. As we have mentioned on the phone, there is nothing wrong with the product and is still perfectly usable. None of our tubs are about to go out of date and at the earliest, it is the end of September for our first batch - if the bags inside the tubs remain sealed the product actually has a much longer expiry date than detailed; the product can even be stored in water once opened for up to a month. You will need to return the products at your cost if you wish to change the tubs, this is standard practice from any retailer. Regards, TW Wholesale

was expecting delivery thursday now monday and still waiting. The only tracking says "we were unable to deliver your parcel we will deliver next working day" but nothing friday saterday or monday

Hi David, Thank you for your review. I've checked the tracking on your delivery and can see it was, unfortunately, delayed multiple times through the connecting depots. Luckily, I can see that it is now showing on the final mile to being delivered. Apologies for the delay.

Ordered shed 18/5/22 Was told delivery would be 5 to 7 days Been informed delivery will be 24/6/22 Installation 1/7/22 Not happy, you have your money but I have to wait 6 weeks for my shed. If I had known this was the case I would of gone elsewhere

Shocking, stuck on with weak adhesive pads, as soon as I rubbed a wet brush on it (before 1st use) the head completely came off the handle

Poor service from the very beginning paid for next day delivery arrived 3 days later no answers available other than blaming the courier then when arrived damaged looks like it’s been used and definitely not brand new. Shop elsewhere very unhelpful first time use and last

Paid for next day delivery. Didn't come. I then asked for delivery to a different address where i waited all day and so missed a day of work, only for the delivery to go to the original address. Absolute rubbish

I am still waiting to receive the product, the courier company your have sent it with DX saying they tried to deliver but they have attempted it because I have been home waiting for it since Thursday. Now they saying it’s coming on Monday, Let’s see if it arrives.
