“I still haven’t received my order. I have tried to contact yourselfs and I can’t get anywhere. I am not happy with this order it was due to arrive 12th and it is now the 14th still no parcel”

“Recently brought 2 refina sponges but unfortunately due to a error by myself I didn't put a house number or street name for it to be delivered.. parcel was still sent out and between tw and the delivery company neither bothered to ring to find my address. Parcel was delivered to a address which is not mine or neighbours so now I'm at a loss to we're it is with neither tw or amazon knowing we're it is and not interested either”
