It was nice to see that although different people responded to my emails at different times, there was no frustrating backtracking needed and these ladies were completely on top of things and able to respond and assist accordingly with a thorough knowledge of the circumstances of my query. When asked for the case to be escalated, this happened easily and although I did not receive my exact desired outcome, they met me half way and we found a solution with compromise.
