“My overall experience with Twinkl was nothing short of brilliant. The platform is user-friendly and categorised for maximum benefit as an busy English tutor like myself. My students have differing learning styles and are of a variety of age groups but with the colourful and organised layout of the website, I was able to fine-tune each lesson plan to the specific pupil's needs and skills.
Another positive is the plethora of content relevant to celebrating difference of faith, culture and traditions. As I work in the British Curriculum, the materials for Christmas/Easter were plenty. There were clear visual aspects that pertained to difference of ability and physical characteristics that assured me the platform was and is the most representative of any other resources platform I have used in the past. Students were equally represented as with disabilities, black or brown minorities and even sometimes, unique fashion choices!
Additionally, the Customer Service team (Ana and Amy in my instance) were ever-ready and prepared or deal with any query or assistance I needed. I wrote an email at 13:35 and got a detailed reply by 13:55. They are diligent at getting back to you.”
