“I was having trouble downloading documents on my iPad. I put in a request for help and Fed wrote down the steps to fix it.
I just had to log into the full Twinkl site in the web browser on my device instead of the app. This activates the app login details - you only need to do this once and now I am able to download documents on my iPad.

“In my new mum, sleep induced state, unbeknownst to me, I accidentally activated a second Twinkl account using an email address with a typo in it. It has taken me 8 months to realise I have been paying twice a month for my subscription. Within minutes of me sending off an email enquiry to Twinkl about it, they contacted me, saw what the problem was and have offered to credit me the 8 months subscription fees onto the account I do actually use regularly. The mistake was 100% my own however they offered right away to essentially give me my money back. I am so thrilled and very grateful.
