“Amazing service don't know what I would have done without them got a new tyre (had a puncture and no lock and wheel nut) so I was stuffed. Great service amazing price really happy I will definitely recommend and use again.”

“Ken, Sam, Diyar and Stefan were all great. Ben was in the back of the van with Stefan. Fitted my tyre in 15 minutes. And Ken and Sam fitted my battery in 10 minutes. 4 techs on a car. Impressive stuff Halfords.”

“Excellent service. I chose the 12 hour time window and was kept up to date via the tracker as to when I could expect my delivery. James arrived just after 11am and was very efficient. Job done, 4 tyres fitted by 12pm and James was such a pleasant chap. Would certainly use this service again.”

“Really good service. I presume others who get good service don't review here. The guy was on time and friendly. He changed the tyre very quickly. Very well practiced, no wasted effort. No fuss. Just the kind of service you need. (Spennymoor area)”

“Mechanic Sam came to my workplace on 8/11/21 told me my tyre was not damaged - flat tyre caused by air leaking from alloy rim. He cleaned the alloy and recommended another mobile service to me of Prestige Wheels which refurbish alloys. I asked about refund for £63.99 l had paid for the tyre l had ordered - and he advised me to contact Customer Services for a refund. To date l have been on the phone for over 1 hour and sent emails and got absolutely no where. Judging from the previous reviews it looks like l can kiss goodbye to any refund. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service received which l paid for in good faith and will never use this company again. Not entirely sure if l have been scammed or not but, would urge great caution in using Tyres on the Drive - use at your peril.”

“I ordered two tyres for my car after an MOT advisory. Prices were competitive and at just 50p for the driveway install, it seemed like a no brainer. The installer arrived within the promised time slot, he was friendly and polite and got the job done within about 20 minutes start to finish. I am very happy with the service, and would use them again.”

“Really happy with the tyre replacement done by Steve and Sam. Clearly pros at what they do, was called whilst they were on their way and once they arrived. Very proffesional, no fuss and completed the work in around 10 minutes. Cheers lads.”

“Good service from Darren. Came out to sort tyre weighting, which was slightly off when another fitter had put them on a couple of days before. Polite, explained what he’d done. Pleased to see Halfords put this right so promptly”

“Hello my job ref 930803 Daniel came to fit me a new battery today 19/01 /2021 He asked for my keys my cars started immediately he tested battery and said it would be wrong of him to fit new one as thete was nothing wrong with mine i needed to take it for Drive on at least 50 rd I would like to say how very nice it was to meet such a genuine young man who could easily just fitted the new Battery now i find im getting full refund I'm overwhelmed with company and very good staff Thankyou so much I contacted you because another company told me i needed new battery i declined there price and used You which i will do in the future and will recommend keep up the good work Daniel your worth your a good person”
