I ordered the cocoonbaby 3 weeks ago so not delivered yet, the support service responds in 2-3 business days! I paid 48$ for delivery in 2-4 business days!

I ordered a black recaro child seat, upon arrival we discovered we had been sent a red one. We contacted uderkids immediately to notify them of their mistake. 3 weeks later and a number of email later the seat is still sitting here as they seem to be unable to arrange to have it returned to them. The seat was even collected at one point by their courier only to be returned to the house two days later and the courier just saying there was a problem with it. I have even offered to arrange the return of it at my own expense at this stage. They have stopped replying to my emails now also. Follow up to this after arranging the return of the seat myself. A new seat was sent out. Everything was looking good label on the boxs said black, happy days. Until we opened the box to discover the seat inside was grey. At this point I think Uberkids is just f##king with me. A company couldn't get an order wrong twice. At this point I'll just keep the grey seat as it's not worth anymore of my time to deal with Uberkids. All I wanted was I black recaro seat for my 6 year old daughter, so she could have a seat like in her daddy's evo. obviously to much to ask for from Uberkids.

Long story short: worst customer experience I have ever had! The product was not delivered, since UPS claimed that UberKids did not provide my full address or contact information. After waiting another 10 days so that the package could be delivered back to the UK, and once again sent back to me, the problems just got worse! Once I finally received the product (15 days after the original ETA), I realized that they have sent the wrong item. And now, I need to send back the product by myself, so that they will refund me in the future. No real interest on helping to fix a problem that they have created. Empty apologies and no willingness to help an unsatisfied and disappointed customer. One more shop where customers are just numbers.

Do Not Buy! Would give minus if I could. Falsely advertised product now £23 out of pocket as they didn't send the correct returns information! Shocking!

I was promised a repaired or new pushchair within 4 days of returning a faulty one that is less than 4 weeks old. Told today that this won't happen and I have to wait 2 weeks for an update (no idea when we will get pushchair returned). Customer service tell me it's not their concern whatsoever that the parents are without a pushchair. Asked to speak to manager until it's retuned and working. Rep refused to transfer me to his manager as he says his manager won't tell me anything different and told I have to wait 48 hours for a manager to call me back. Appalling service and bad attitude.”. Never again will we buy from this place.

We ordered an Icandy from Uber kids along with a duopod. We had to chase up the order as it hadn't arrived to be told that they were waiting for the duopod to come in stock before sending as one order.....they sent the pram separately in the end. Duopod arrived a week later. We ordered on the 29th January 2020 Arrived 4th February 2020 Pram broke 25th February 2020 Contacted and email sent 25th (same day) Called again 26th and collection organised for the 27th ...at this point was told they'd replace the pram on a 24hour turn around Called 28th to check they'd received the pram, which they had, but then told they wouldn't do a 24hr turn around as they needed to check it was actually broken!! And this wouldn't be till monday at the earliest leaving me pramless with 2x small children! (Not acceptable by any means) we asked for a refund ....apparently they couldn't do this till they'd checked the pram over on monday ...at the earliest! Called today to be told that they wouldn't be offering a refund because of these reasons - they could fix it - I broke it because I used the basket - I put too much weight in it - because I had used the pram Sorry a bolt came lose and came off, it was just the basket but what would happen if the pram broke again? It's a pram with a basket....I am obviously going to use it, it's not just decoration it serves a function! I put the kids small backpack in their with a few nappies change of clothes a travel potty ..hardly over weighing it now am I? Why buy a pram, not use it ...then send it back? It wouldn't have broken if I'd left it sitting in the box! It was just excuse after excuse My partner called and he got the same shoddy excuses ...... refund refused by the apparent manager......weve contacted the card company and getting a refund through them. I'd anyone gets an Icandy Lime in Cedar with the serial number in the photos below ...send it back....its faulty!

NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CHEAPER FOR A REASON!!! Shame no stars isn't an option. Bought an expensive pram and after 3 weeks the bolts start shearing off. Contact customer service who basically lied and lied over a number of days so spoke to the manager who was only interested in telling me what their supplier was saying and wouldn't refund. The company are a bunch of crooks from top to bottom and will now be passing my case to the bank to resolve.

Ordered a changing bag on 15/02/2020 and still hadn’t received it by 23/02/2020 therefore sent Uberkids an email asking where it was. They did not respond until 27/02/2020 informing me that my item was not going to be available for the next 3 months but have taken my money anyway & if I hadnt of emailed would have just left me waiting! We went back & forth with a few emails yesterday & now i’ve asked for a refund they are taking their sweet time replying!

Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company. They may be cheap, but they’re cheap for a reason, god help you if anything goes wrong and you have to speak to their customer service. Weeks go by before they email back, and when they do they point blank ignore any question you’ve asked. They’ll refuse to accept any liability for faulty equipment, and tell you that you have to speak to their supplier directly, even thought the product is less than 12 months old. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pay a few pounds more and purchase from a reputable company, not from this bunch of cowboys.

Avoid avoid avoid! The few pounds you save are not worth the grief you get from dealing with customer service. Wish I read the reviews before I bought ! I will make sure I will post my experience on every parent group I on. Disgrace.

Why is there not a zero star option. Absolutely the worst customer service on telephone and email. But local, at least you can call back into the shop. Faulty seat ( not their fault ) over a week to get them to respond, eventually they did and collect it almost 3 weeks later to check it. It went back to Demon Tweekes to get checked. Over a dozen emails calls chasing and no response. Eventually a new different colour seat arrives at the door! 2 weeks after that I get an email from uberkids saying they would check where it was.

Purchased a Britax Romer SHR II baby car seat over 3 weeks ago. Delivery has never happened despite my waiting for three days - their courier (Parcel force) has insisted on failed delivery attempts, I insist they have not made any attempts. Spent hours on the phone to customer services - no solution or compensation provided! Customer service was unable to get any answer from their delivery partner. So now I'm stuck with a baby who will arrive at any moment, no car seat and therefore no way to get baby home. Would suggest choosing a more reliable online shop.

I am very disappointed with my order. My son wanted a new bike for his 4th birthday. Two weeks before we choose one that he liked and decided to order form Uber Kids as it was 'available for immediate dispatch'. Week later no sign of bike or delivery details. I gave them a call and was told that the delivery won't come until a week after my sons birthday as they actually do not have that bike. No one notified me of the mistake and all I was offered is order cancellation. We decided not to as they already took the money so by the time the refund would go through and I would order a new bike it would be same waiting time for it to be delivered. This was the first and the last time we did shopping here. The whole experience is very frustrating and revolting. No parent wants to tell their child they won't be getting their dream present on time.
