“All that has happened in the 1 month ive been with them is the price went up and then extra charges, gutted to be locked in with these for the next year. Would not recommend to anyone and cant wait to leave already.”

“Very very very poor company, no one knows what there doing, prices are changed after your initial car insurance price, things are added after and then your emailed saying there will be additional charges. Things are emailed to the head office to customer service, that they then re email asking for again when it’s already been sent. Rubbish company and can’t wait to leave next year. And will never use again.”

“Both Rosa and madison were amazing. They were efficient and knowledgeable and fast, as a customer we want things sorted asap and hassle free and they made everything so easy for me. Thank you both of you I think you both deserve a promotion or some type of praise and appreciation for your excellent customer service skills.
