“Worst experience. Talked with your team regarding cancel my insurance, they asked me to hold to talk with manager to check how much they can adjust amount in monthly premium but kept me hold for couple of minutes and then hang up. After that I got email that if you want to cancel you have your pay more amount. What rubbish is this.”

“Whilst the team are polite and efficient the additional charges being levied after the policy was in place are extortionate and unreasonable with cancellation costs even higher you are stuck no matter what. Untrustworthy.”

“Very bad experience. I have already closed the policy few months back and didnt return me a single penny and mentioned that it was over fees which is covered in that money. Now, that i dont even have that vehicle , they are still sending me the emails and calls for the renewal of policy. So bad service and will never recommend to anyone. Worst insurance i have ever had in my life.”

“I would give 0 if I can absolute scammers .Payed for policy and then get cancelled by them saying I've given wrong information which I not and refuse to refund and even want to charge you more.Avoid at all costs absolute horrible .”

“Received and email state that we need to submit the payment by 11/01/24 before 4pm to clear the outstanding balance to avoid policy cancellation. We rang up to the company on 11/01/24 at 12pm to explaining the current situation and asking for extention till Monday or accept able to make part payment ? All rejected, very poorly customer service just like a scam. After hang up, received a text which is said my policy had been cancel right now not even 4pm yet while we are still thinking to solve the payment out ? Been told by they customer service they are right to do so. What ? Just run from this company”

“Don’t use this company. It has been a very bad service they have provided, to anyone wanting to use this company in the future I would highly suggest against it. They had me put down a £850 deposit and then put down the wrong details even though I had definitely told them the correct ones. Now my policy is being cancelled and I lose my deposit”

“Please please please do not buy with this company. They are a broker and entice you with the cheapest quote for you to buy only to go through process again and come back with triple the original amount. Even if you make a mistake on original quote you will be tied in regardless if you walk away. £75 for them for no work on it prior as it was an online purchase. They could charge you anything as you have committed to the original price, but scrutinise you after and charge you a higher price so they keep their fee regardless. Misleading the consumer entirely!!! I purchased this 3 weeks before my insurance was due so as a customer can change my mind. If it’s cheap and too good to be true it always is!!”

“Don't use this firm. You can never get through to them I was on hold for over an hour and gave up. I emailed them and also sent a message off their page. No one got back to me. Also there is an option for a call back. They don't call you back.”

“This company tells you lower price to take up the insurance after you pay deposit and first instalment. Then come up with another quoting unnecessary reasons. Beware of them i think they are stammers. I wish I never took insurance with them. I should have reviews about them before taking up. Beware !!!!!!!!!!”
