“Not even worthy of the 1 star. I’m a 25 year old girl, it’s my first time sorting my own insurance out, I read carefully and signed & paid for a policy, I was rang back twice hours later to say I had been declined by that ‘provider’ and I had to pay an extra amount of £75 - and the insurance wasn’t due to start until 2 days later. I had asked to phone them back after thinking about it and discussing with my parents as it’s my first time doing this - and was haggled to stay on the phone and was given a discount to £50. In the end I agreed as I badly needed the insurance for work and had already paid them the only bit of money I had left. I then phoned my Dad to be told that it’s a crazy amount I had just sent (£230 in total) and to cancel it immediately and get my money back and find a cheaper quote elsewhere. So I phoned back, and was told I have to wait 30 days for my money back and also £75 is being taken off for cancellation fees. Although I was told on the phone before I agreed to the policy I had 14 days to cancel and get my money back - no one had mentioned any cancellation fees. I find this crazy considering the policy hadn’t even started (was due to start 2 days later) and the agreement was only spoke about 5 minutes prior. I highly recommend anyone to avoid this company I think it’s a massive rip off and they know exactly what they’re doing luring people on call. I am still waiting for my money back (it’s been 24 days since).. not including the £75 of course. I now have a new policy elsewhere over half the cost and they haven't called me once, haven’t requested any extra money like U Drive Cover have. Disgusting company and awful staff. Avoid avoid avoid”

“Very very very poor company, no one knows what there doing, prices are changed after your initial car insurance price, things are added after and then your emailed saying there will be additional charges. Things are emailed to the head office to customer service, that they then re email asking for again when it’s already been sent. Rubbish company and can’t wait to leave next year. And will never use again.”

“Very bad and rude customer service. The staff is not trained and talks very rudly. When i cancelled the policy they over charged me although the cancellation clause is not clear they said they had discrection to charge the percentage of the policy plus cancelation fee of £75 instead of day they provided cover to me. Please seek written confirmation from this company on all aspect before buying the policy otherwise you will loose alot and the customer service experince you are going to face is terrible.”

“All that has happened in the 1 month ive been with them is the price went up and then extra charges, gutted to be locked in with these for the next year. Would not recommend to anyone and cant wait to leave already.”

“Moved to secure place but they have new charges for you and every time insurance remain same while my other peers got low insurance when move to secured parking postcode. Would not continue my insurance for next year.”

“I would have put '0' rating if there is any option. Very bad insurance company I ever seen. Total scammers dealing with it. Everything will fine if you start requesting them for cancellation and would say unknown terms and conditions which is not a part of contract. BEWARE of these scammerssss...”

“One simple mistake and they charging over £100 to correct on computer. This company needs to go they find any excess to add money on which has now made it more expensive then last year ow and to top it off if I want to cancel have to to pay more money which I don't have. Scammers I will be getting in touch with trading standards to look in to this company”

“Just wanted to let folk know that if you make a simple mistake like i did on their very lengthy application form to take out one of their car insurance policies they will grant you the policy and then tell you that you have made a mistake on your application form three months later and bill you £176.00 for them to correct a simple error. Legalised Gangsters & Day Light Robbery”

“I called requesting why my insurance premium got increased by nearly £400,while the value got decreased by nearly £10000.Also I mentioned that now I use the car only 6 months a year as the rest of the time I live abroad,so I hardly do 2000 miles total.The person was very unprofessional,wouldnt let me talk,and he cut me off.I only tried to talk,but he refused to listen.Terrible and unprofessional approach.I would not recommend.Very bad experience.”
