“Poor customer service, very expensive, the price was clear when I got the quote after ringing up extra charges where added and the price per month went up, would not recommend and would never use again.”

“I applied online, was quoted £900, accepted, and paid. Simple enough — or so I thought. Instead, I was dragged into a long, confusing phone call with a representative I could barely understand, despite the fact I’d already paid. Then, later that same evening, I got another call telling me the price had suddenly jumped to £2,000. Nothing had changed in my details. Nothing. Yet somehow the cost more than doubled after they’d already taken my money. This feels like a classic bait‑and‑switch tactic. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and a warning sign to anyone considering using them. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere.”

“Would not even give them one star. Spoke with someone a couple of days ago as was getting a new car. They quoted another £200, although had already paid a full years insurance, there was three months left of my insurance that was paid in full. when I queried this I get attitude from the call handler. Decided to go to a reputable insurer to insure new car. phoned to cancel the years insurance that was paid in full they took another £50 off of me.”

“Keep adding extra costs. You get charged if the information you enter is not spot on. Never had this with any previous insurer. Any excuse to add extra charges. Not a good company.”

“The worst insurance company ever. I regret leaving my previous company for them. After you've made payment, I had to be the one to chase them on phone for 3 consecutive days before I got my documents. Then they started bringing up all sorts and forced me to make extra payments than agreed, knowing fully well that if I cancel, it will affect my premium with any other insurance.”

“experience with this insurance company. It's unfortunate when companies don’t deliver on what they promise, especially when it comes to something as important as insurance. Unfortunately, there are scams out there that can make it tough to navigate, and companies like that can leave people feeling cheated. If you're comfortable sharing, what was the name of the company? I can help find reviews or any advice about how to deal with them or report them if they are truly scamming customers. “I was charged £74.10 extra to my premium few months into the cover, just because I disclosed that my address had changed in line with the agreement to disclose any update with such details. The agreement documents didn't say anywhere Ithat I will be charged extra premium if I moved home and consequently changed my address. Furthermore, I did move to another house within same city/town so why the high additional extra premium charge??? This I consider to be a total reap off and an utmost show of insincerity. I am very displeased and unhappy about that. I don't plan on renewing this insurance with both the broker (U drive) and the insurance company (mulsanne).”

“Extremely overpriced, tried to charge me over double a competitor’s rate at renewal. Constantly adding admin fees left, right and centre. They quote you one price, then phone you, then tell you that you can’t have that policy and they can only offer you something much more expensive with a huge excess. Extremely unhelpful on the phone and incredibly pushy. Avoid like the plague”

“Terrible services. Had to make a claim earlier this year - they were horrible to deal with. The worst experience, could not speak to anyone directly, they kept handing me to different call handlers. Wasn’t able to get a curtsey car, due to their typical service of enterprise running out of cars and they offered no alternative. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“I do not recommend this company to anyone, unless you have time to resend documents every other day — documents that had already been sent before. They keep sending emails and threatening to cancel my policy, even though I’ve already submitted all the required documents. This is the first time I’ve dealt with a company that demands so much information from me. They even asked about my annual income — why is that any of their business? I had to log into the government website to check both my and my wife’s driving licences. It’s complete chaos and disorganisation. I do not recommend this company.”

“Paid £100 deposit at 10 am . Police seized my car at 3pm . When contacted said that I had undeclared cancelled policys and voided my policy . Even though I advised them I have been the victim of identity theft and provided the action fraud case number . And contacted 2 police forces aswell as the DVLA”

“Wouldn't even give it of 1 star if I'm honest. Absolutely disgraceful company and awful people on the phone. Confusing form when I signed up with them and charged me a lot more than discussed. Would not recommend to anybody”
