“After my previous insurer had put incorrect information on my NCB certificate, udrive would of needed to cancel my insurance. However they were very helpful in helping me get the matter resolved rather than just cancel the insurance. They helped relieve the stress and were in constant contact all through the process, with outstanding customer service.”

“Very shocking company don’t use stay way charged me £257 deposit send my information in 7 days they said there cancelling my insurance due to not receiving my information which I did and then got the cheek to charge me £377 stay away”

“Having originally dealt with a trainee sales agent and disappointed with his level of service, I decided to cancel my policy, based on 2 factors: Quoted additional premium was not acceptable and literally being pressured to commit to the new cover by the threat of an increasing premium if i did not commit that day. Having sourced cover with another well known Insurance Company, I was able to pay slightly more than the quoted by U Drive Cover for a full 12 months and not six months which had left to run on my policy. Not Impressed!! However, today, I spoke with a fully professional agent by the name of Jamie Griffiths who dealt with my cancellation promptly and efficiently within a few minutes, had I spoken with him initially, I may not have needed to cancel my policy. Jamie is the guy to ask for at U Drive Cover and I highly recommend him. I now look forward to my No Claims Discount Certificate and the balance of my premium being refunded. Thank you Jamie. “Awful company to deal with. Said they had a van then after I paid said they hadn't but as preauthorized my card for a whole month I have to wait for it and no trying to sort out with their incompetent staff who quite literally know nothing about their own systems will resolve the problem. Made it my duty to post on every single review site there is. Do not use unless you can afford them ripping you off!!!”

“absolute amateurs. ask for same information over and over. and even when provided they dispute it. paid for the year upfront and they have threatened to cancel twice asking for info they already have. worst thing i ever did was getting insurance through these people. if they are your cheapest quote, pay a bit more to avoid them.”
