“the women kylie who dealt with me was fantastic, as she helped with finding me the right insurance for me, she constantly kept me in the loop with all the information and told me everything I needed to know about my insurance. her product knowledge, customer service and the full process from start to finish was 110% went above and beyond. “Awesome help from Sira, needed to renew a policy and at the same time swop vehicle, but change the dates and times for it all. Seems easy enough, but most companies would say no and push you to set dates and times! This wasn't a problem at all and got a call back and email checking everything. Very very happy and I would recommend U Drive without hesitation. Been with them for a few years now and nobody seems to beat them price wise (doubt I'd move now unless it was a huge cost saving anyway!) Prices are fantastic Customer service is 110% Rare I write rewiews, but this warrants it”

“expencive not good service I resolved a letter that I have time for pay 17 th September but when I make payment today she tole me finished your insurance 6 days ego.why ?I don't need to know my car insurance finished?I make payment £231.89 and not insurance not refund my money.I’m sorry for this company”

“Very sheet insurance. They let you buy online insurance and after call you ant try to put more bad things just to pay more money for insurance. Trust me don't waste your money with they.”

“Please don do insurance with these sheet company. I sell.my car after 1 month and half with they and they want to pay around 480£ for cancellation fee. And i pay full second month and they don't refund me for the left days on currently month i paid.”

“Having requested proof of my no claims bonus it took UDrive approximately 3 weeks to sort. Very frustrating when someone says they will sort it as a matter of urgency.”
