“I have read many negatives reviews about this company and I was scared because I have an insurance car with them and while I was waiting on the phone to change my bank details I was thinking that it will be a very difficult process. But no, everything was ok, in 10 minutes my new bank details were changed. 20 minutes ago I changed the insurance from the old car on my new car without any problems as well. I just received the certificate on my email after 5 minutes. I recommend them!!”

“I am only giving 3 stars as when I called up I was pushed from pillar to post then when I finally got to speak to someone they were no help at all. However when I called back and spoke to Chyna she was amazing very helpful and resolved my query there and then.”

“Do not pay deposit to this company. They will half of the deposit even if you use one month. Within few hours if you call them they tell you £200 more deduction. Also they refund my half of deposit more than one month later!! Terrible service I had. I never gonna use them.”

“Avoid at any cost! I bought my car policy with this insurance company and of course checked how much it would cost to cancel if i had to. They say it is £75 plus the amount of days used. DO NOT BE FOOLED AND LOOK VERY CAREFULLY. I have been charged over £600 for using their policy for less than a month. I was shocked! They took my DEPOSIT, added cancelation fee, the days I have used my policy and on the top of it - 10% from the yearly premium because i canceled outside the cooling off period! They might come up on the top of comparison sites but have so many hidden terms and conditions that you are better off going with someone who does not rip you off!”
