“I am only giving 3 stars as when I called up I was pushed from pillar to post then when I finally got to speak to someone they were no help at all. However when I called back and spoke to Chyna she was amazing very helpful and resolved my query there and then.”

“Do not pay deposit to this company. They will half of the deposit even if you use one month. Within few hours if you call them they tell you £200 more deduction. Also they refund my half of deposit more than one month later!! Terrible service I had. I never gonna use them.”

“Avoid at any cost! I bought my car policy with this insurance company and of course checked how much it would cost to cancel if i had to. They say it is £75 plus the amount of days used. DO NOT BE FOOLED AND LOOK VERY CAREFULLY. I have been charged over £600 for using their policy for less than a month. I was shocked! They took my DEPOSIT, added cancelation fee, the days I have used my policy and on the top of it - 10% from the yearly premium because i canceled outside the cooling off period! They might come up on the top of comparison sites but have so many hidden terms and conditions that you are better off going with someone who does not rip you off!”

“Total rip off, got quoted 1100 on go compare phoned them up too open the policy. Then went up too 1600, because of only living at new address for 2 mths, paid deposit of 250 too open policy, then paid 136 a mth, had the policy for 2 mths, then cancelled.. They want 350 too cancel the policy when the agreement is 75. And now crs bailiffs are demanding 440,, so for 2mths car insurance it's cost me over 900.. Stay away from this company they are legally robbing people”

“Not impressed with this company at all, they cannot offer the contract that I had signed up to and are trying to charge me more for the same thing. They also take ages to get back to you despite them marking everything as ‘Urgent’”

“Cannot offer the quotes they give you initially, take ages to get back to you yet mark everything as ‘urgent’ it’s now going to be a battle to get my refund after failing to offer the contract I signed up to. Don’t use these people, more hassle than it’s worth”
