“experience with this insurance company. It's unfortunate when companies don’t deliver on what they promise, especially when it comes to something as important as insurance. Unfortunately, there are scams out there that can make it tough to navigate, and companies like that can leave people feeling cheated. If you're comfortable sharing, what was the name of the company? I can help find reviews or any advice about how to deal with them or report them if they are truly scamming customers. “Very helpful. I'm self employed and had time off die to illness. Unfortunately I was struggling to cover a month's payment. Rachael was very helpful with this and managed to figure something out for me. Just ring them, they will do all they can to help”
