“This insurance is not a good choice. I paid full insurance for 1 year and after 2 months later they said I have more money to pay £120?! They are so liars :(”

“Do not use this insurance . Online quote is not the quote you will finally pay. once paid online you cannot cancel without £70 charge .”

“This is the first time i took policy out from udrive and i don't think i will do the same mistake ever again or recommend to anyone first of when i wanted to cancel my policy after 8 months as i sold my car and did not made any claim i was asked to pay more to cancel than my premium and seconly i have resend my proof of no claim bonus from previous insurance which i did send 2 times and still not updated been driving since 2004 and did use many insurance companies in past udrive is the worse out of all of them.”

“Honestly, if i could i put 0 Star, very very bad experience on car insurance . Use the insurance for 6 month after sell the car when i called them for cancellation they said refund money would be £50. i paid for whole year £1356. they said this is their policies , After 14 days if you cancel the insurance they you refund you only £50, They gave me Insurance from TANSER Insurance Company they can't provide you a car insurance they are broker , very very disappointed , Please please Take a Honest Advise don't buy the insurance from this company you will definitively lost your money.”

“very bad customer service. if you need to cancel even within 1 working day than they will keep £75 admin charge and hold your money for 14 working days. after this you have to chase them again. very poor company and I will not recommend any one to use this insurance provider”

“Just had an awful costly experience with these absolute con artists whom I’m taking my issue up with trading standards. Got quoted online having put all my details in and admitting to and accident and 3 points on my licence for a car insurance quote ! Sales side rang and double checked details before taking £200 for a deposit ! My car insurance was cancelled before it had begun due to misinformation. I called to ask on what grounds and they replied not admitting the offenc over the phone even tho when applying for this insurance it automatically comes up to oblige in admitting offences and other motor incidents or accidents ! This has now gone on to these con artists saying the sales team didn’t have to ask these questions. This I turn has,eft me £200 out of pocket and searching for other quotes online. Please beware of these type of Mickey Mouse firms. Very misleading but to be honest I hate to think I went with theses and god forbid I had a genuine accident. I’d be a 100% sure they would come up with some cock and bull story not to pay out. You’ll be hearing from my solicitor soon conmen 😉👌🏽”

“I was in the process of doing a home move paid my deposit upfront then decided to phone these up for a quote on the property i was about to let to be told quote the underwriter cant quote you it will be cancelled in 7 days plus you owe us a cancellation fee & the remainder of your policy for the year unquote how is this even possible they can charge me for them cancelling my insurance then say i after pay the remainder of the whole year when they are not going to insure me?? The lady said its in our terms & conditions i find this not right at all so i have had to cancel my home move loose my application fee for it aswel im fuming never again will i use this company when my insurance in finished!!”

“Unprofessional and poor service with rude customer service advisors. They said we haven’t received documents. I sent them twice and called them thrice. They said we can’t reply every email for confirmation but keep sending me the text that you policy will be cancelled and you can’t drive. Extremely frustrating!!! They keep deducting money from my account but can’t confirm that they have received the documents. Most probably they are bunch of fraud fellows. Time will tell. With this service they should be banned and all clients should get their money back.”

“AVOID AT ALL COST! Even though the quote I received appeared to be the cheapest on comparison sites I was then contacted AFTER making payment and told I'd need to pay an additional £200 for the policy, which meant they were no longer the cheapest. I requested a refund and not only did they deduct £50 from the amount I paid but they also kept hold of my money for 35 days before refunding it! This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, hands down! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!”

“Provided quote online, after I paid my deposit and bought 1 year insurance, they sent me an email stating that I wont have any insurance if nobody contacts me in 2 working days!!! When I heard from them the next day they asked me a few questions and stated that where I keep my car is not a "drive" it's residential parking, but residential parking is not an option, and it certainly isn't on the street! They wanted more money. I paid more money. They keep calling me still after I have organized my insurance. I am going to police station tonight because I am actually worried about their credibility and if my car is insured!!!”

“They blame on a fake validation check,regardless of how accurate the answers you have given are or at least they change your answers so you can fail their "validation check" and then say you failed the validation check and must pay more.The price then increases from the original quote and they refuse to refund if you prove them otherwise.They shamefully also ask you to consider taking the claim further to the Ombudsman given the fact that they are telling absolute lies.Am questioning their ethics,its all planned and calculated so people like myself can end up paying more than what is on the quote.Very unfair practices,certainly wont be using them ever again,genuinely disgusted!!!”
