“Thieves, Paid online and the starting date after more than 20 days. I received a call next day to check all info are correct i told the guy about the no claim that it's 6 years but i choosed 5 by mistake and i hold the driving licence for 23 month insted of 24 because i didn't find months to choose online he said that's fine we will correct that for you they changed the quotation after 4 days from £1500 to £2600 roughly and i told them ok that's too much i will stay with my insurance company the said ok we will charge you £75. {CANCELATION} fees and the will hold the money for 30 days.They didn't say will hold the money they said the refund will take 30 days So Absolutely Rubbish”

“Poor customer service! This is the worst company i dealt with. Guys avoid this company, they will rip you off you money by adding more than the quote. Sarah Harrison was terrible dealing with my issue.1/10 customer service!”

“Very sheet insurance. They let you buy online insurance and after call you ant try to put more bad things just to pay more money for insurance. Trust me don't waste your money with they.”

“Please don do insurance with these sheet company. I sell.my car after 1 month and half with they and they want to pay around 480£ for cancellation fee. And i pay full second month and they don't refund me for the left days on currently month i paid.”

“Avoid at all cost, canceled after 6 months, told me I need to pay 900. Later on passed my details to CRS and claims that from the start they asked me to pay only 470.”

“Very bad company to insure with.they give a price and then change it again and ask you to pay more and then they threaten you about payment. Never do business with these guys. I regret ever taking out my policy with them. Very frustrating. Can’t wait for next year. Never renewing with them.”

“Helped my mother buy insurance from them a few days ago. We selected 3 years when asked how long she has held her licence for. Next day we get a call from them telling us that they won’t be insuring us because she has actually held the licence for 2 years 11 months and 11 days. So because she is a whole 20 days short of 3 years they are now threatening to cancel the policy and charge us £75. Absolute scam artists, just looking for an excuse to take our money and run. Would not recommend!”

“Bunch of criminals, They gave me a price next day I got to say the my premium was gone up a extra £300 however However I ask to cancel the policy as I sold the car they told me I had to pay £350 Whatever you do never insured with these guys Never speak to a guy called Alex.”

“If I could have given 0 stars I would. They give a price I paid they change the price when you call. Then promise to do a price match and do not then charge you a fine for cancelling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.”

“Bunch of criminals. I've sold my car as I don't need anymore. got a company car, called them to cancel my insurance the told me that I have to pay £345 to cancel my policy. I told the I don't need the insurance as I don't have A car, Why I should pay for a insurance. I REPORTED THEM to the Police and BBC TV. They are a proper scams.....”

“I have my insurance with them for less that 3-mntohs and I was in monthly payments when I rang to cancel it they asked me to pay the full annual amount. Now they chasing me to pay or going to damage my credit score. I do not now what do, any advice please?”

“Stay away these U drive cover brokers They are not insurance company they are just brokers. They charge us £1478 instead £1319 and when we call them and asking to cancel our policy within cooling off period they charge us £181 and we had to wait 39 days to get refund .this is the worst experience I've never had . Unprofessional and lying to customers so pls stay away”
