“Far too expensive. Unfair charges. Errors made/promises not kept on all three occasions I contacted the company by phone. Would leave 0/5 if I could. 1) Called to advise of change of address. Premium went up considerably despite new address being far safer and now with off road, secure parking. 2) New address incorrect in new certificate despite me stating this carefully, twice over the phone. 3) New renewal quote 50% higher, despite no claims and new address in safer postcode and secure parking. 4) Called about renewal, promised call back in same day. Call back neer happened.”

“This insurance company is a fraudulent, I did insurance for my car , I paid deposit of £250 then another £160 for one month then after due date I couldn't pay for the next month so they cancelled the insurance but for them to return my deposite they still want me to pay another amount of one month ...They should return my deposited money”

“I won’t say much about my experience with them except that from the beginning they were “ funny about almost everything “ to say the least I will definitely avoid them into the future and I’m recommending everyone to do the same”

“Guys honestly stay away from this company. I went online and got quite a good quote. I accepted the quote after doing research on other companies and paid a £550’ deposit & £280 a month.. they asked for basic info to verify my identity which went fine, then they started asking for more personal details of my driving record, which to me sounded dodgy as I’ve never been asked for things of my driving record before, they only communicate via email, the staff are rude, once I phoned them, they put the price up by more than 150 because I wanted to be insured the day I paid and not the following Monday. They was hounding me with emails daily got personal details so I rang them and told them I didn’t feel comfortable giving them details, they said if I didn’t send them, they would cancel my policy. As I was only insured for just under 2 weeks I decided to cancel no questions, It was only then the advisor said she could save me money? Why not do that at the start? I am due a refund of £276 pound from my £550 deposit so let’s see if that turns up, if not it’s fine, I’ve got there email evidence of the refund which can be sent on for prosecution. Terrible company. 0/5 stars. Please search around. It’s worth paying a little extra for better customer care and due care attention. If i personally ever met some of these people who spoke to me the way they did, id give them a slap for there manners. Avoid at all costs.”

“I was given renewal quote. I called one time and the call officer kept me waiting and later told that network is not working good. We will call you back but they didn't call me back. Second time, I called. The lady got my details as I wanted to change a car as well. She (jade) took details and said by the end of the day, I will get a quote. 2 days passed, I didn't get any reply even I emailed her yesterday but no reply.”

“They charge me a lot of money for a month £1000 a month so that’s why I confirmations from your company. I don’t like your company is a very very bad company. I never see any company like yours I like to give you the zero star but I can’t if you open your insurance from your companies, you charge a lot of money, they take all your money from your company.”

“Never trust these guys. Very Ambiguous, no clarity in there wordings or speech. Huge admin price for any changes if we need to make any changes to the policy and enormous cancellation fees. They took me 3 days and 4 calls to send me an updated policy document.”

“I had 5years no claims bonus but when they contacted my old insurance company they said I was not on there records for having insurance but got new insurance from a different company and they got my certificate no bother with a phone call to my old insurance company so poor communication from udrive or just lazyness”
