“I have been sent mail to my previous address also been told that I owe money that I paid and still ain't received any News on the complaint I wanted to log for the inconveniences and distress caused by this error”

“The worst company i have EVER come across. The way they run their business are like crooks. Keep well clear of them. Yhe amount of hidden fees and clauses they have is unbelievable. This company does not make it a smooth process it makes your life hell and the icing on the cake is youl be short of hundreds of pounds once you leave them! STEER CLEAR OF THEM!”

“Avoid this broker. They are asking for too many information which have nothing to do with insurance. They have provided insurance certificate and they want my NIN, utility bills my driving licence copy. I am not taking mortgage. Avoid”

“Far too much information to send and documents. Feels like im getting mortgage is that ridiculous. Old fashioned site to work from and nothing is easy. You really need to make this more simple.”

“Awful experiences, anytime I needed to actual use my insurance I was passed between literally 3 or 4 companies until being told my claim would work out negatively in my favour because of the voluntary excess I'd been advised to set by their broker.. DO NOT USE”

“Had to cancel my policy and sold my car paid right up until I cancelled!! My son was a second driver and used the car but sadly he became very unwell and it was discovered he had a heart condition and kept blacking out and now needs a little op as a family going through a traumatic situation and my son having to stop work we could no longer keep the car so decided to cancel and sell. Any way they then said you still need to pay 1,700 for the rest of the year. So I was hang on I have to pay even though we are no longer insured and no longer using your services we paid until we cancelled how does that even work. I’ve never in my life experienced that yes obviously everyone pays a cancellation fee that’s normal but to pay for the rest of the year for a product service anything you no longer have is an absolute joke considering the circumstances too I will be taken this further I’m sick of people ripping others off and making them feel like criminals not to mention the constant treats it’s just awful in every way Please avoid this company you will only get ripped off and then having threatening letters sent causing more stress and worry Also want to add when you write to them which I have several times by email they ignore you.”

“The company steals from you. I cancelled my policy on the day 15th so that's why I had to pay 378 and also never got refunded my deposit that was 436. I understand it was part of their policy but never seen this before. Worst company I've had.”

“Excellent service changed to a much higher powered car and they didn't ask me for stupid money to change half way through the policy, And a very nice fella called luke then waved the £50 adjustment fee for my private plate. Can't fault them. 👍”

“I need proof of my no claims because I have insured a motorcycle as a weekend toy and U-drive wouldn't give it to me because my car policy is still running (all be it for 4 weeks). Apparently I can only use my ncb discount for 1 policy. Absolute rubbish. I have taken out a policy for a motorcycle and need to prove that I haven't made a claim on my car which is completely different. Thinking of leaving and not making my final payment. Will never use them again.”

“Do not buy a car insurance from this company they are scam after you paid in full they said it’s take time for validation something like that..ask for refund and they did in 15 days and cut some money from the refund as well.contact go compare even they did not reply ..so avoid this”
