“Good communication with me. One part of my order wasn't in stock and they emailed to let me know. They advised me when they'd shipped it out and the couriers called to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Good products at competitive prices.”

“Fantastic product (Aquarius combo toilet/basin), looks great, quality tap and soft close seat and speedy delivery. Had to do some legwork trying to get the exact details of the waste pipe setup (distance from the back of the cistern) but got there in the end. For those interested in the Aquarius; the tech drawing provided is rubbish, the distance between the waste pipe exit and the cistern (where the toilet would back onto a wall) is 200mm, therefore ideal to fit a waste pipe elbow to go straight down through the floor.”

“Ordering and delivery was straight forward and expedient. Product well finished and protected however, it was a heavy shower head and the connecting union had broken through the packaging, presumably from rough handling. Luckily no damage was incurred and protected from more damage by the additional delivery box. All connected and working fine.”

I am sorry that you were not happy with the delivery experience, it's something that we take very seriously as it's the last part of the experience when purchasing your bathroom. I will be contacting the third parties involved and passing the images that you have provided, onto them. It's not uncommon to have some marks etc to the boxes and the manufacturers use this kind of packaging so that any impacts affect the outer packaging and not the fragile products below. Please inspect the items and let me know if there are any issues but in the meantime I will make further enquiries regarding your delivery.

“Wrong size bath delivered. Still waiting after 3 days to find out when I can expect delivery of the correct size. Not impressed with delivery being made - and left - on a pallet, thus having to be left outside until I could get help to remove it from the metal frame, unpack it and move it into the house.”

Apologies for this, the wrong bath was ordered in due to a coding error. We have ordered the correct bath and arranged to swap these over for you on Friday 23rd Febrauary.

“UK Bathrooms supplied everything that I required at Thank you UK Bathrooms a great saving compared to my local bathroom specialist. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't readily in stock however I was kept informed and all was received, delivered on a pallet to my front door.”

“Easy online ordering and payment. Contacted by telephone very quickly after placing the order, by a real person, to confirm order and delivery date. Order arrived on the day as stated, delivery driver was very pleasant, item was carefully packaged and arrived in good order with no parts missing or broken. The shower door is good quality and much better than some I had seen for a lot more money. Would not hesitate to use UK Bathrooms again.”
