Can’t write a review as despite the package being in the delivery companies depot for two days I have yet to receive it

Hi, I can see from the tracking that on the day the item was despatched you requested the couriers to deliver to a local pick up shop, in this case Sainsburys. The couriers have done this and the item is now awaiting collection, let me know if you need any further help.

Answered my questions before I placed my order. After I ordered the communication was great. One of the best aspects was the courier gave a 1 hour time slot for delivery.

Ordered a tap for next day delivery- never arrived was told to wait as snow- NO SNOW THIS WEEK! had to call again as waited. Finally got a second tap to me quickly after speaking to a nice helpful lady!

Apologies for the delay in getting this item to you, I appreciate that there was no snow near you but from where the item was being shipped the snow was extremely deep and the couriers were not able to collect the goods. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

when the wrong item was sent they did everything possible with no fuss to exchange for the correct item,very impressed with everything which nowadays never happens so a credit to yourselves

This is the first time I have used UK Bathroom store and I would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them to others. The service was first class, I can't fault it. The communications before the order was placed were very good, the pricing was good from the start, but price matching then improved on this. The delivery was right on the time agreed and the parts were exactly as per the order. Even the delivery driver was great. What's not to like. As and when I'm looking to order bathroom parts in future I will definitely look to use them again. Thanks guys, great service.

First off, when you send a "valued customer" an email, it's probably helpful if you include their name rather than "Dear (first name) (last name)" it doesn't make me feel "valued" at all. Secondly, it might be a good idea to inform your customer of a delay in receiving goods into your warehouse rather than let them call you to find out when an item will be delivered. When I ordered the items in early February, I was told that they would not be in your warehouse until the 19th. Although disappointed at the delay I accepted and paid up front. The 19th came and went and I heard nothing from you so expected delivery shortly after. Three days later having heard nothing, I rang your warehouse and was told you still haven't received them. When I asked why you hadn't had the common courtesy to call me to let me know of the delay, I was informed by a gentleman in you warehouse that he'd " been busy". The items were eventually delivered to me on the 1st March, some 22 days after they were ordered! Interestingly enough, the monies due as payment for the items was taken from my account immediately. Because of the poor customer service, staff attitude and overall complacency of your company, I will not be using you again. Kevin Rogers

Firstly many apologies for delay in getting your goods to you. I have had a look back at your order to try and see if I can see what caused this. I can see that initially we informed of you a delay in getting stock from this manufacturer which was promised to us on the 19th. On the 20th when this item had not arrived we rang the supplier to be told there was a further delay in getting this stock as it had been delayed at customs. There were several e-mails sent to this effect, one on the 20th and a further update on the 22nd detailing the dates of the new date for the delivery which was subsequently met. I can only apologise if these communications were not received and I will certainly look further into the conversation you had with us, I am keen to work out who you spoke to as customers are not able to speak to the warehouse and as such I will investigate this further. I am sorry for any inconvenience these delays may have caused to you installation.
