“I have tried online and telephone call to obtain a VAT invoice for the amount paid on my order. I was told there would be an invoice in the package. But there was nothing! I still have not received a copy. Could you please forward me via email, the invoice. Regards Miss Silva”

I am sorry you did not receive an invoice in the packaging on this occasion. Because of the timescales the goods were required in, we asked the manufacturer to send this item to you direct to get it there quicker, as such the paperwork was not included in the package. We have e-mailed a copy however and posted a hard copy out for you. I hope that helps and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“This is the first time I have used uk Bathroom store they were very competitively priced the website was clear and accurate and the products were of a very high quality . “Cheapest price I could find by miles in fact they were about £100 cheaper than City Plumbing on a £300 item and City Plumbing had the item in a clearance sale. With such a low price I anticipated a poor service but UK Bathroom Store could not be faulted. Item arrived 2 days early. Great service and price from a great North West company”

“Great price and quick dispatch. My only gripe is that the delivery is handled by a separate courier and they would not help carry the bath into the house. My wife was out and it was only because my neighbour was around that it wasn’t outside all day- not ideal!!”

Apologies that you feel our delivery service was not quick enough on this occasion. We generally send these items on a next day service as they in stock, however because the item was ordered on Boxing day we were unable to despatch the item until our first day back. I am glad that you like the quality of the item as we take great pride in the items we sell. I hope the delay did not cause you too much inconvenience.

“The shower door we ordered was damaged in transit but UK bathrooms Ltd resolved the problem very quickly. They picked up the damaged door and replaced it with a new one direct from the manufacturer within a few days, which meant I was able to get the shower working by Christmas. Well done Marc Andrew at UK Bathrooms for your excellent customer service!”
