“After being assured by The Bathroom Store that this universal toilet seat would fit I purchased it only to find it didn't. I later discovered, following a phone call to Heritage, that their universal seats will not fit any Heritage toilet manufactured prior to 2004. I am very pleased with the friendly service I have received so far from The Bathroom Store in accepting the returned goods with the promise of a full refund including the returns cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Thank you”

“Boxed very well all bits were there posted promptly unfortunately the only two items on display from the kit were the chrome plug and control knob for pop up waste and we’re both marked with a flaw on the chrome finish.”

I am sorry to hear that there was an issue with the product, especially the part that is on show. If you get in contact with our customer service team and send them some images we may well be able to get some replacement parts for these which will just clip on etc.

“Used the live chat and chap was really helpful. Placed order, they use DPD for small items (my preferred courier) and so I could re-schedule parcel to a time that was convenient. No issues - would recommend.”

“Good customer service and support and competitive pricing....but the organisation of the delivery was poor. The Palletforce tracking didn't work...we contacted UK bathroom store to get then to arrange a delivery for Tuesday but the bath was actually delivered the day before. It was pure chance that we were in when it arrived....we shouldn't have been. So, I would suggest you invest in getting a better order delivery system arranged; in this case Palletforce have let you down.”

“Manufacturing defect in chrome bath waste. Sent a photo of defect and an immediate exchange was booked. Excellent delivery and exchange by DPD. Thank you. Excellent service recommend and will definitely use again.”
