“Order was processed very quickly and the item was delivered within 3 days- excellent! Unfortunately, it is the wrong toilet seat! I ordered a Saneux soft closing seat, what we received was looking very similar although, with insight, from packaging and instruction leaflet it is a much cheaper alternative. It fits the toilet but not the same dimensions so doesn’t look right- there is now an overhang at front of toilet, sides are ok. I can’t return unfortunately as now fitted. So close... but not the correct product. I can provide photo to prove.”

I am sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with an order we sent out for you. Quoite often these brands do have other names on their boxes, this is due to the fact they are sold under different names across europe but come from the same factory. I am surprised to hear that it is a different size however. If you would like to send images and details across to our customer service team then we will of course do our best to rectify this.

“Exceptionally poor customer service when there is a faulty product. Asked me to contact the manufacturer. They don't answer the phone. Then they said they would contact the manufacturer to contact me. This didn't happen. UK Bathroom store does everything possible to NOT take responsibility for selling a faulty product. In the end I had no choice but to turn to my credit card company for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST!”

I am sorry to hear that you feel your experience has not been great, we always do our utmost to try and resolve any issues as fast as we possibly can. I have looked into the issue that you have reported where you state your product is faulty, however we do need more information than that in order to be able to send out a replacement item. My colleague has sent you a pre paid returns label in order to be able to get the item back to us free of charge, once you send this back we can replace the item for you. We have also asked on several occassions if you can tell us how it is faulty or if you can send images etc but as yet you have not sent this information. We did give you the manufacturers details upon request but they also have said the same to us, they are happy to replace the item but need to know what is actually wrong with it. If you contact our customer service team we would be happy to talk to you about the issue and get this resolved as a matter or urgency.

“Very quick delivery and excellent pricewise - only downfall was broken cistern lid but this was resolved immediately. Don't understand why lid wrapped separately and not protected in box? Not UK Bathroom Store fault but manufacturer.”

“The bathroom panel that I bought didn't fit correctly in my bathroom and it was really hard to make the return. They don't take care of returns in any way so I had to organize the delivery. As it was a big item it was quite hard to do it and also very expensive! I end up loosing almost half of the price of my purchase and I still don't have the panel :(”

I am sorry to hear that you had issues in returning the item to us. We do encourage customers to measure items fully before ordering as items such as large glass screens are by their very nature extremely difficult to return. We do make every effort to make this process as simple as we possibly can but specialist couriers are required in order to facilitate the safe transport of large glass items. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
