“Very good service - excellent shower screen, my builder was very impressed with the quality, and it was delivered within 3 days as promised. (And the telephone was answered very quickly when I had a couple of queries).”

“Was happy with UK Bathroom store, but the delivery which was direct from Eastbrook was problematic. They only gave 2 day window originally which concerned me as that means they have no control over their drivers. Sure enough they failed to turn up either day even though my wife stayed in, then turned up unannounced on the Monday when nobody was home. Eventually took delivery on the next Friday but I had to help carry the bath from outside the development and then the driver left me at the door due to H&S so my wife had to help me carry it into the building...UK Bathroom Store were as helpful as they could have been in trying to resolve the situation though.”

“The tap I wanted was in stock at a great price. It arrived 2 days before I expected it which made it easy for the plumber to instal. Later, I needed strouds for the tub. When I asked if they were available, I was told how to order them and they arrived quickly as well. However, I needed shrouds with a support rod which could have been secured at a greater costs and a longer wait, but would have been more beneficial. Sadly we installed the original shrouds only to find we could have ordered the others. Letting customers know of options when calling in is beneficial for both retailers and customers.”

“Ordered a couple of radiator valves, however when they arrived they didn't match the item description on the website. Customer Service were a little slow to respond (did take me calling a couple of times), but valves were collected and refund issued within 3 days.”
