“The Heatlogs burn very cleanly, are easy to use and store (as long as they are kept dry , of course!). The delivery was very quick. Having been promised them on Friday they came a day before but although I knew they were coming, I didn't get a phone call to give a time but hey ho the driver worked very hard to get them close to my garage.
All the staff I spoke to at Heat logs were very friendly and helpful. A fab company!”
“A great service, delivery date was arranged to suit us, and living along a gravel drive required the courier to go beyond a 'kerb-side' delivery with his vehicle which was done with no trouble at all. We don't find the product breaks into pucks as easily as required but having a large woodburner we can accomodate putting in whole heat logs which then expand and split nicely themselves.”
“The heatlogs are fine, the delivery was awful. I had read all the instructions and was aware of the restrictions but due to an impatient driver ended up with a pallet of logs blocking a private shared lane. I am also aware that the delivery company are separate from UK Heatlogs but would be wary of ordering again as a result of delivery problems.”

“We have used heatlogs now for several years, tried another supplier once but sooon came back to heatlogs. Recommend the logs which burn efficiently and economically. The suppliers have very good customer care too”
“The online ordering process from the company was easy and efficient and couldn't be faulted. The only slight problem lay with the carrier whose vehicle broke down on the day of the intended delivery, which meant waiting in for two days instead of one, but I guess that's a one-off!”

“Have ordered these before and are very good. Communication as always exceptional from ukheatlogs re delivery. Also overcame the issue with my drive which although only raised an inch up from the road did mean the pallet truck could not get up last time. Made a ramp this time with some old bits or wood and ply, straight in the garage this time.

“Just stocked up this will be our 3rd winter using heat logs they are easy to store in the garage easy to handle and very quick to catch light.Being regular sized the heat output is more consistent and they provide a cleaner burn than chopped wood but still give the flames and cosy orange glow in the wood burner. UK Heat Logs provide a very good product and a great level of service.”
